Providing and laying design mix cement concrete, for Reinforced Cement Concrete works, as specified below, at all levels, for all kinds of works, with 20 mm nominal size graded stone aggregate (unless specified otherwise), with all labour, material, equipment, handling, batching, transporting, testing, pumping, including mix design, mixing, conveying, placing and compacting, protecting and curing, testing, cleaning and finishing, rendering to give a smooth and even surface, for all working conditions, preparation of scheme for concreting and getting it approved by the engineer, etc., all complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer: For all works above ground level :M20

Providing and placing reinforcement , as specified below, in reinforced cement concrete and other allied works, at all levels, for all kinds of works (including reinforcement for piling, machine foundations like top decks of TGs, BFPs FANs etc.) with all labour, material, equipment, handling, transportation, cleaning, straightening, cutting, testing, including bending and placing, binding in position, concrete cover blocks, chairs and spacers, laps and anchorage, cover to reinforcement, preparation of bar bending schedules and getting it approved, all complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer :All works above ground level

Providing, fitting and fixing light gauge troughed permanently colour coated metal decking, as floor / roof decking, having steel feed material of minimum bare metal thickness of 0.8 mm (i.e. excluding thickness of coating and galvanising), galvanised to grade 275 (minimum) as per IS : 277 of minimum yield strength of 250 MPa of drawing grade as per IS : 513 or alternatively aluminium feed material of minimum bare metal thickness of 0.90 mm of aluminium alloy of series 31000 and above as per IS : 737 and IS : 1254, steel / aluminium both colour coated with total minimum coating thickness of 35 microns (nominal) comprising of Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP with silicon content of 30% to 50%) paint or Super-Polyester paint, of minimum 20 microns (nominal) Dry Film Thickness (DFT) on one side over 5 micron (nominal) primer coat and 5 micron (nominal) SMP or Super-Polyester paint over 5 micron (nominal) primer coat (or 10 micron SMP / Super-Polyester paint) on back surface, (SMP and Super Polyester paint shall be of category 3 of AS2728), and of approved profile, ectional properties (suitable for the specified loading / deflection and purlins / runner spacing), colour and shade, at all levels, including all labour, material, handling, transportation, fasteners shall be of specialized coating tested for 1000 hours salt spray test and conforming to class 3 of AS3566, scaffolding, equipment, end and side laps, cutting of openings, preparation of working drawings, testing, etc., all complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer.

Providing, laying and fixing in position, water proofing treatment for roof, for water retaining structure, basement type of underground structure by using High Solid content liquid applied urethane based elastomeric membrane to give uniform joint less dry film thickness of minimum 1.5 mm (as per ASTM C 836 and C 898), laid over reinforcing layer of polyscrim cloth or non-woven geo-textile, including all labour, material, equipment, workmanship, preparation of working drawings, preparatory work, applying primer coat of polymerised mastic to achieve smooth surface, laying reinforcing layer of polyscrim cloth or non-woven geo-textile, finishing with elastomeric membrane, including sealing of joint at junction of horizontal surfaces with vertical surfaces and at panel junctions of wearing course by non- bitumastic sealant / elastomeric compound, etc. at all levels and for all type of work, in vertical and horizontal surfaces, handling, scaffolding, transporting, testing, etc., all complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer.
