Comprehensive maintenance repairs for the followiing lifts (Total 10 Nos) of microprocessor controlled vvv frequency drive electric driven passenger lift of 544 kg carring 8 passenger with ARD facacility from ground plus five /six floors consisting of examine adjusting lubricating greasing including replacement of connected mentioned following parts such as relays rectifier and indicating display main contactors transformers back linner and gear oil motor serving lubrication gate lock switches gate leavers gate beaks, gate trackroller,contact swithes and limit switches, floor level with oscillator switch ,car counter weight shoes and doors and gate shoes,pit switch and safety switches landing floor indicators car push buttons and switches and car indicator ,car top ins papel board emergently alarm buttons up and down indicator cards and rollers aluminium brackerts controller MCB and PF and RR OSG roller and lubrication guide lubrication auto doors track rollers and linking rolls door lock contacts door lubrication and oil OSG rope OSG lift and main rope and rope tension spring OSG safety switch ,RCR coil rewinding and RCR coil bolt and nuts buffer spring all door track rollers and sur clips travelling cable NOP and COP buttons with indicators door opening buzzer stop button door stop alarm car and landing doors ,doors screen sensor ,door screen sensor cable PC boards and mother boards door opening emergency keys breaking blessing brake handle car door frame any items connected to the above items will be provided by contractor/ vendor etc Complete all as directed by Engr- in charge.Make - Bharat Bijlee / ECE/ KONE. Note :- 1. The quoted amount is deemed to be included for all spare parts and repairs (other than mentioned in item No. 3 to 16 here-in- after) as required for the day to day maintenance and function of lifts in all respect complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 2 . The contractor shall maintain a register for lift breakdown duly recording time of receipt of complaint and completion and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for tools and plants as required for attending complaints. 3.
