Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks ( where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre). Compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete Grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 millimeter (twenty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm (zero point two seven five ) kilogram per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot thermoplastic road marking paint compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beeds @ 250 gram (two hundred fifty gram) per square metre area thicness of 2.50 mm (two point five millimetre) in exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC-35 in accordance with Ministry of Road Transport Specification (latest revision) and IRC code. In width of 0.10 m ( zero point one zero metre) in centre lines/edge line and 0.15 m (zero point one five metre) on curves/curve line including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire setisfaction of the Engineer -in-Charge. The finished surface to be level,uniform and free from strains and holes. The rate quoted by the conteractor shall be inclusive of all taxes such as muncipal,octroi,forest malkana royality toll tax and other local taxes and including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidetals.
