M & L for run lead joint including jointing materials as specified suitable for 150 mm bore CI pipe line in existing position including taking out the old leads all as directed.

Supply only MS column pipes of 03(three) meter heavy duty 100 mm dia bore, both end threaded with heavy duty socket or fixed with two Nos flanges on both end, including welding ( both inside and outside) and drilling holes on flanges as per existing size/ granding etc. and painting with two coat of back anti- corresive synbthetic paint(suitable for drinking water) on of column pipes over two coat of red oxide primer shall be painted with electrical spray machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only MS column pipes of 03(three) meter heavy duty 80 mm dia bore, both end threaded with heavy duty socket or fixed with two Nos flanges on both end, including welding ( both inside and outside) and drilling holes on flanges as per existing size/ granding etc. and painting with two coat of back anti- corresive synbthetic paint(suitable for drinking water) on of column pipes over two coat of red oxide primer shall be painted with electrical spray machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and testing and commissioning of submersible rotor starter of discharge upto 12000 GHP with suitable electric motor of capacity 15 HP , 3 phase, 415 volts cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Taking out defective submersible pump set of discharge capacity varying from 15000 to 30000 GPH from bore wells including dismantling and taking out column pipes of any bore & length alongwith submersible cable, steel wire rope etc; and re-lowering the pump set after carrying out necessary repairs / replacement of defective parts all as specified and directed. Note : (i) New spares for repairs/rewinding motor/ column pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Costs of all necessary T&P required at site and transportation is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. Note: (i) New Copper wire will be used for rewinding measured under this relevent items. (ii) Cost of labour charges for fixing of new or old serviceable parts are deemed to be included in unit rate under this item.

M&L painting steel and iron surface of any description such as rising and down pipe of over head reservoir valve pit cover distribution mains etc and applying two coat of synthetic enameled paint including preparation of old surface.

M&L for opening of Iron removal plant's top iron cover and removal of sluges inside the chamber area,cleaning, rubbing inside the chamber area and removal all the rusted materials. M&L for well burnt brick of size 200x100x75mm (sub class B) locally available as protection of cable in trenches including taking out old bricks complete all as specifed. Note : taking out bricks reused as per ground requirement

Supply and refilling of transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV after initial dehydration/filteration conforming to IS 335 and ISI marked to be brought at site in sealed container different capacity of transformers including drain out the old transformer oils all as directed.

Rewinding of the motor of AC ceiling Fan of any make and size (1200 / 1400 mm sweep) with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturers specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing heating, drying, assembling of stator & rotor, etc. and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of the motor of exhaust fan of any make / type and size 230 mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturers specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing heating, drying, assembling of stator & rotor, etc. and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of the motor of exhaust fan of any make / type and size exc 230 mm sweep but n exc 450 mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturers specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing heating, drying, assembling of stator & rotor, etc. and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs louvers shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2mm thick for round base and 0.8mm thick for flaps confirming of mounting edges frames made of MS Flat of size 25mmx3mm thick including heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts, of size 50mm long 8mm dia to be fixed on wall after drilling and duly painted by two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhaust fans up to size 380 mm sweep.

Material and labour in replacement for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
