COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND MISC WORKS OF BUILDING AT DHQ 11 AND TRV UNDER GE (I) (CG) GOA

Demolition of brick work or PCC solid block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick balls or on concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing same from the sites complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made out of PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, plastered surfaces finishing fair and even including on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces plastered surfaces finishing fair and even complete on walls surface with using of water proofing compound or chemical complete on walls surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including 1.5 mm wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 square metre over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 square metre over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 100mm thick sub base complete all as specified and as directed.
