M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken slab complete all as specified and directed comprises the following operations/stages :- (a) Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement. (b) After drying of plastered surface suitable primer such as multiplas primer/ multiplas / cold sticker/ multiplas blown bitumen VG-10 shall be applied/coated on the plastered surfaces. (c) MULTIPLAS @3 kg/Sqm shall be unrolled over the coated surface (with overlap of 10cm) and bonded completely to the primed surface. and overlap sealed by the torch flame. (d) Topping with PLASFAL @ 2 kg /Sqm. A layer of blown bitumen of VG-10 is applied @ 1.20kg/Sqm on MULTIPLAS. Plasfal membrane shall then bonded on top of MULTIPLAS. Note (i) The above water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised approved applicator/agency as approved by GE. (ii) Concrete filling, if required shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) The unit rate also includes the cost of W.P.C. required while executing work. (iv) Minimum 10 years written guarantee period for any leakage, seepage in sunken portion is to be rendered by the contractor/firm.

M&L for providing cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC sheets, 2.00mm thick laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor including removing waste material/ debris to out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16mm to 18mm thick granite ( of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window, cill cooking platforms, shelves and like over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar ( 1:4) and pointing in white cement ( 1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium section duly powder coated of any colour not less than 50 micron thick for partly glazed/ partly panelled partitions and fixed glazing frame made out of aluminium frame of section 63.50mmx 38.10mm x1.60mm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading screws etc frame work fixed to walls, floor and ceiling with rawl plug wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
