Comprehensive maintenance of sewage treatment plant of capacity 200 KLD installed at AB Road including repairing, replacement of any part of STP complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of sewage treatment plant of capacity 200 KLD at Vindya Vihar Sarna Enclave including repairing, replacement of any part of STP complete all as specified and as directed. Note For Item No 01.00 & 2.00 :- (A) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for all the aspects mentioned in items, specified and given here-in-after. (B) (i) The tenderer shall upload and submit original copy of MOU executed / made with OEM / E-In-C approved agencies/ M/s Hydrotech paryavaran India Pvt Ltd or M/s ION Exchange or M/S Thermax or M/s SIMA Labs Pvt Ltd before the scheduled bid opening date. (ii) The MOU shall be executed / made as per specimen MOU given in tender document. (iii) Please note that failure of bidder to upload MoU executed as per specimen MoU, the price bide will not be opened and no claim of whatsoever account account shall be entertained. NOTE:- Specimen of MoU (For all item) shall be as per performa for MoU as given in Particular Specification.

Note For Item No 01.00 & 2.00 :- The Comprehensive mantainence incl recommissioning of complete STP shall be included in the rates provided by the contractor, no extra payment shall be provided to the contractor for any repair, running mantainence of STP or overhauling required, it will be the contractors sole responsibility to mantain the STP in working condition. If the contractor fails to keep the STP in working condition, recovery of Rs.5000/- per day per installation will be done and after a notice of 10 days if the STP is not made to order then the contract will be cancelled and performance security forfeited. (a) The comprehensive maint will include all major or minor parts of the STPs. No Claim/extra payment will be made for any reason whatsover. (b) Repair of foot valves, replacing washers. (c) Repair of all type of pumps and blower incl repairing glands, impellers, shafts complete all as specified and as directed. (d) Repair of all type of electric motors incl rewinding, replacing of bearing, shafts, nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed. (e) Arresting leakage of GI pipelines any size and repair of butterfly valves any size. (f) Bidder is deemed to have visited the site and STPs and no claim / extra payment will be made to the contractor for non-functioning of STP for any reason whatsover. The contractor deems to agree that STPs are totally in fit condition.

Carrying samples for Testing of treated water of STP, submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE. Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500 of 1991 mandatory for chemicals, colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD, COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, Sulphate, oil and grease , Ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E colliie in 100 ml.Note :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) transportation charges for collection of sample

Testing of Sewage water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. Note :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) transportation charges for collection of sample

Periodical Cleaning of Sewage and removing settled down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc STP Equalization tank complete all as specified and as directed. (After every 5 months) Note for srl item Nos 07.00 - Cleaning shall be carried out by the following methods (i) Cleaning inner surface of tank by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud & sludge collected inside the tanks manually and disposed outside MD land or at place as directed by Engineer- in- charge. (ii) Washing with clean water & bleaching powder mixture thouropuly complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge, if any, at site to and disposed outside MD land or at place as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of MBBR tanks, Tube settler Tank, treated water tank, filter feed tank, chlorine contact tank and sludge drying beds from STP thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance /location as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance /location as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Bleaching powder grade -I ISI marked having stable available chlorine % by mass minimum 35% complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only DWPE for hypo dosing sytem in tube settler as per approved sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Sodium Hypo Chloride having 10% Chlorine content complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Bio culture to be fed in STPs every month for better functioning and working of STP complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the area of 200 kLD STP Sarna enclave by cutting and removing jungle sturts, roots, bushes plants small trees etc and deposited to n.exc 50 mtr to 100 mtr outside installations incl spraying of chemical (Glycel / roundup) on complete area complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fixing, testing and commissioning in-replacement of adjustable dosing pump with accssories including lead tubing, connecting nuts injection check valve, clay weight and ferrules with dosing system consisting of 40 ltr -100 ltr PE/FRP tank with PE/FRP lid and level gauges along with agitator with shaft and blade in plastic, mounted on tank all as specified and as directed. S & F in replacement XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 3.5 core 50 sqmm in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with suitable size aluminum lugs and testing complete all as specified & directed for the following sizes:- Note : (a) Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A' (b) All redq lugs of suitable sizes according to laying of cable measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A'

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out all excavated material in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Locally available river sand filling in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under & above the cables including punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, class LV, type-1 flat with size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down PVC tubing of bore 90 mm, connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Refixing old PVC pipe of bore 90mm fittings and connection in new or old position, laid in trenches / wall / ceiling / floor all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing High density poly?ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 including cutting threading connection in new or old position for laid in trenches/wall/ceiling/ floor/ all as specified and directed.
