Demolition of brickwork or stone buolder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from cement concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed

Excavation for post holes (or in similar hole ) each n.exc 0.50 Cum including dismantling PCC including disposal of surplus n.exc 50m all as specifed and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (20mm graded aggts) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed

M&L for posts and struts in fencing of angle, tee including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified and directed etc complete all as specifed

Fixing only of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only Chain link fencing with or without line wires,any type and mesh size and any type of standards and dia of wire ( as directed by Engineer-in-charge) fixed with rails, staining bolts etc including provision of binding wire including dismantling existing unserviceable fencing complete all as specified & directed.( rails, staining bolts will be measured in seperate Item)

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and 5 to 10mm dia of shank complete all as specified and directed

S&F, TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

S&F mild steel conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in Hand rails,haif round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars,for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, Angle iron post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling hole, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc .including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc .complete all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks using old size straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per item 13 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in surface channel & drain incl form work complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 25cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms ,moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc

All as per item above no.16 Add or deduct for each 25mm girth over under 30 cm girth

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in two layers [base layer 10mm in CM 1:4 & finishing layer 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4)] using water proofing compound in 2nd layer only on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M & L preparation of new decorated surfaces of external walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete as specified and directed

M & L for Preparing old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint complete as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded) as in copping, bed plates etc complete as specified and directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (type B0 1:2:4 12.5mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and form work including demlation of old louvres and jallies complete all as specified and directed.

S & F M.S. Flat iron as in hold fast and similar small articles, cut to length, bent to shape, drilled hole and fixed with screw etc. conforming to Fe 410-0 or F 310-0 complete as specified and directed

M & L for Ornamental and intricated design frame work in steel gate complete drilled welding for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, hooks hinges or steel hanging doors fittings also fastening and fixing complete as specified and directed

Dismantling of Barbed wire in fencing of any description complete as specified and directed

S & F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc.,(each line wire to be measured separatley) complete all as specified. as directed.

M & L for Restraining & resecuring existing barbed wire of any type incl making good staples etc any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured separatley) complete as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed

M&L Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length , having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre and fixing the same with existing Y-shape dangle iron placed 2 mapartand with 6 horizontal R.B.T (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with G.I staple and GI clips to retain horizontal, incld necessary bolts, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down and refixing of angle iron gate ( 3mtr to 5 mtr wide and 2 mtr to 2.5 mtr high) including embedding of pintel hinges after repair in concrete blocks and fixing locking arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Concrete (Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 40mm graded aggregate 100mm as in floor finished even & fair thick complete all as specified

M & L Sand for 50 mm thick filling under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

M & L for Chequered cement interlocking concrete tiles glossy finish coloured 20 to 25 mm thick of any size and pattern as approved by GE as in patches in floor with set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified and directed

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate in flooring finishing rough to recieveing Top layer for flooring complete all specified and directed

M & L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors complete all specified and directed

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all specified and directed
