Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) Nallah Stone

Constructing vertical bunds with sloping faces, by boulder filling (dry, hand packed tightly); including cost of stones but including cost of wire?crates

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 em in depth, breaking clods, ,- watering, rolling each layer with half tonne roller or wooden Lor steel rammers, and rolling every third and top -most layer with power roller of minimun 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or tilling up ground depressions lead upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1. 5 mtr. in : Deduct for not rolling with power roller of min 8 tonne for banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth. Deduct for not watering the excavated earth for banking

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size Crushed.
