STRENGTHENING WORK ON THE WAZIRGANJ USAITHA ROAD (O.D.R.) FROM CHAINAGE 0.570 TO 4.470, 4.600 TO 5.050, AND WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING WORK FROM CHAINAGE 5.500 TO 6.500 IN DISTT. BADAUN UNDER RSN YOJNA F.Y 2025-26

Cleaning and Grubbing road land including uprooting rank, vegetation grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exeeding 150 mm in thickness Clause No. 2.30 (201).

Scarifing the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. Clause No. 3.15 (305.4.3)

Earth Work in excavation as drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and braching, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom back filling the excavation earth to the extent required and and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and lead, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per MORT&H specification No.305

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grador on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with fornt and loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, for proper completion of the work as per MORT & H specifications clause 4.01 (401B)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with garader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. for proper completion of the work as per MORT & H specifications Sr No. 4.14 (406 (B)).

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/Sqm. Using mechanical means including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H specifications (2019) No. 5.01 (502). For DBM

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam grading 2 with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of all type of materials,labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H specification (2001) no.503 For BC

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No 507 complete in all respects.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete (M-35) pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, sand and Coarse aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in drain/Culvert complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. complete as per MORTH IInd Revision 2019 Specification Clause 1500,1700& 2100 (M-20)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1000 and 1202

Supplying & Fixing PVC pipe for bridge work of pressure 6 kg/cm² of 100mm internal dia including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per item no. 24, ch. 1 of PWD S.O.R.(for weep hole)
