Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth Pick work upto all leads and lifts. At dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.. all kind of soil

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm. (Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.:-(a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts. Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan, in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(c) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

d) Vertical surfaces such as walls.

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.All works upto plinth level

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door/windows/ventilators with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete :1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m²

20mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete /stone walls for interior plastring upto all floor levels including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete /stone walls for interior plastring upto all floor levels including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:4(1cement :4sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete.With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable disremper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.
