Supplying and fixing 415V, 125A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type 125A HRC fuse as per rating. Make: (Siemens/L&T/Havells).

Supply and Laying of 1.1 kV Gr. 4 Core 35 sq. mm XLPE/PVC insulated & sheathed Armoured Aluminium cables [Make - Polycab/Havells/RR Kabel] for on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured 4 core 35 sqmm. Cable.

Finishing the end of 4 core 35 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cable by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketing with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

S& F of 240 V 1200 mm (48") sweep Ac ceiling fan without regulator including down rod, canopy, fan blades etc. complete set and engraving and printing the departmental no up to 15digits on fan body and making necessary interconnection as required. Installation of 2.0 Tr. split AC Machine including iron bracket (powder coated) for outdoor unit.

Supply of 2.0 TR window type air conditioner fitted with power saving rotary compressor having turbo cooling capacity of 6025 watt suitable for operating at 230+/- 10%, 50Hz AC supply, Discharge air flow volume (CFM) HXLXM 589/534/475 moisture removal capacity Ltr/ Hr 2.6 having features twin turbo fan modes (auto, cool, fan, dry)anti freeze thermostat, anti dust air filters, three step fan speed adjustment with star rating -3. with cooling agent R410A. (Make:- O-General, AXGT24FHTC)/ Mitsubishi Heavy Duty (WRK24MA1-6).

Installation, testing and commissioning of 2.0 Tr window AC including 2" shall wood frame and GI tray with proper fixing arrangement and mending good the damages.

Supply & laying Refrigerant Copper Pipe minimum thickness 1.15 mm. Liquid pipe 6.35 mm (1/4") & Gas pipe 15.88 mm (5/8") [Make Royku / Totaline/ Mandeep] and Insulation by nitril rubber of refrigerant Copper Pipe minimum thickness 9 mm. Liquid pipe 6.35 mm. & Gas pipe 15.88 mm.[Make Aroflex / Acoflex] also raping the insulation & Copper wire with GKB Gold non adhesive tape.

Supply of 25 mm dia heavy duty (40 grade) UPVC pipe with necessary elbows, connector, solvent cement & clamps etc. ( Make : supreme ).

Supply & drawing 3 core 2.5 sq. mm. P.V.C. insulated wire for connecting the Power hub to Outdoor unit supply. (Make Havells / Finolex / RR Kabel)

Supply & drawing 4 core 2.5 sq. mm. P.V.C. insulated wire for connecting the outdoor to indoor supply. (Make Havells/ Finolex/ RR Kabel)

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia PVC agricultural pipe on copper pipe lines to protect it from birds and environmental damage at outside portion of building only

Fabrication and mounting (including scaffolding job)of iron platform for fixing and maintenance of outdoor units of split type AC machines. The structure will be mounted at a height of 10 ft and should be fabricated with 50mm x50mm x6 mm thick ms angle for frame and 25mmx6 mm MS flat or platform portion duly welded, painted and grouted in wall so that it can carry load of outdoor unit along with the load of a maintenance person.

Dismantling the old damaged existing indoor and outdoor unit & store as per direction of EIC. Installation of the new indoor and outdoor unit, after Connecting the pipe line testing the leak by nitrogen gas pressure (minimum 400 PSI ) hold the pressure 12 hour and vacuuming the unit properly (Minimum -30 PSI) by double stage vacuum pump, vacuum should be observed up to 24 hours.

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer/OEM or from their authorized sales channel so that the standard warranty/supprot of the Manufacturer/OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer/OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty/support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer/OEM/authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

Defect Liability Period - 1 (One) year.
