Dismantling and Refixing the Tower type AC of 4 TR Including Drilling of holes into a brick wall for connecting Indoor with Outdoor Unit’s pipes and Connect ing indoor and outdoor units with copper pipes and installation of drainage pipes and Fixing Outdoor unit on separately ODU stand, Temperature & gas pressure testing, gas charging, Carpentry work, Plumbing, masonry & white cementing complete all as specified & as directed. - 03 Each Note : Drain Pipe, Copper of required size, Refrigerant gas , Outdoor stand , power plug, MCB and Copper wire will be paid under relevant item. Supply and filling refrigerant gas R-22 in tower type AC unit of capacity 4 TR. (Make : Mefron/Floron/ Refron.) - 03 Each Supply & fixing in replacement heavy duty copper pipe (1/2") dia/ bore complete including insulation brazing, welding, nuts, bolts and screws of required size including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. - 30 RM Supply & fixing in replacement heavy duty copper pipe (3/4") dia/ bore complete including insulation brazing, welding, nuts, bolts and screws of required size including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. - 30 RM Taking down unserviceable PVC drain pipe and supply & fixing new PVC drain pipe 15 mm dia for Split/window AC complete all as specified & as directed. - 48 RM Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS (conforming to IS-694), multistranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade in PVC casing capping (heavy grade) of adequate size with all fittings and casing capping accessories of sur face type including one run 6 Sqmm single core unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS (conforming to IS-694) as earth wire including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. 72 RM Dismantling and Refixing the LT Panel to other location in varuna mess complete all as specified & as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of Triple pole and earth encolsure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB 40 amp-03 Each M & L for replacement of controller card of elampro refrigerator from authorised dealer and complete servicing of refrigerator as specified and directed by engineer in charge. - 01 Each Job
