Required3.2A To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years Period a achieved in at least Two financial years an average financial turnover of Rs.18.91 Lakhs in all cases of works only Usually Not less than the Estimated annual payments under this contract Certified by Charted account UDIN certificate with P and L Account.

Required3.2b To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed at least one Similar work for other category of value not less than 50 percent of the cost of the work as prime contractor for Rs.9.46 Lakhs of the cost of the work. Work done certificate with E-procurement Indent number and issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.

Required3.6a Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity - AxNx2.50 - B Where, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 3/12 year.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
