Plain Cement concrete (1:5:10) using 40 mm metal with Concrete mixture. using 40mm size HBG (SS5) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, 50% sand+50% Rock Sand , coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labor charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed (APSS No. 402) All work upto plinth level.

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with 2nd class Bricks traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms, 50% rock sand and 50% ordinary sand including cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete but excluding seignorage and GST etc complete

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality (Double charged / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles) and of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, and water and flooring tiles etc., complete, including over heads & contractor profit, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding VAT and seignorage charges.(50% Natural Sand+50% Manufactured Sand)

Providing skirting to internal walls to 15 cm height/risers of steps with Double charged / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles length equal to flooring stones, set over base coat of CM (1:5) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including over heads & contractor profit cost and conveyrance of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete but excluding GSTand seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Plastering 20 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16 mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labor charges such as mixing mortar, scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, finishing, curing, etc., complete for Even Surfaces of Wall for finished item of work. Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over Priming Coat with Cement Primer Waterbase Interior Gr- 1 approved brand on New Plastered Surfaceafter thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges but excluding GST etc, complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Supplying and fixing of Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) 3 track sliding windows with mesh shutter – (2-glass shutters and 1-mesh shutter) duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles (Composition of profile shall consists a minimum of 5.5 PHR of TiO2 and not more than 12 PHR of CaCo3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin) of (94 mm x 45 mm)/(80 mm x 52 mm) x 2.20 mm for outer frames, (58 mm x 39 mm)/(54 mm x 38 mm) x 2.20 mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.0/1.2 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding.
