EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Drilling, trial bore well vertically by using high speed high power DTH(Down the hole) drilling or any other approved latest method of drilling of size 6½"(inch)dia as per site requirements, through any type of soil / rock strata such as hard soil, loamy soil, sandy clay, red clay, moorum, weathered rock, hard rock, lightly fractured rock, pebbeled rock, or any other geological formation at given location by ground water survey exports all as specified in IS-2800 and as specified and directed for depth n. exc 200 mtrs below ground level for 02 Nos bore wells at S1 and S2 site

Drilling of trial borewell vertically by using high speed high power DTH(down the hole) drilling or any other approved latest method of drilling of size 6½" (inch) dia exceeding 200mtrs and not exceeding 400mtrs below ground level for 02 Nos bore well ar S1 & S2 site. Notes (for item No 16& 17):- (i) Collection and submitting of soil strata at every 10mtrs depth and every change in strata for entire depth of borewell contained in suitable hard wood box of suitable size for each sample and box shall be fixed with 3mm thick plain glass in front side and writing the details as directed. (ii) Location of bore well and depth to be dug as recommended by CGWB. (iii) 02 Nos borewells to be dug at two different locations at S1 and S2 site. (iv) Removal of mud/slurry from the site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (v) The rate quoted is deemed to include for hire charges of rig, T&P, machinery, fuel charges, labour, consumables, transportation, drilling and operation including use and waste of all necessary appliances and materials in all respects to entire satisfaction of complete work all as specified and directed.

Electro logging test of water bearing zone identification including all tools and equipment, complete all as specified and directed for 02 Nos bore wells at S1 and S2 site .

Development of Borewell as drilled trial bore under this schedule here-in-above with compressed air by means of air compressor of suitable capacity and over pumping using suitable capacity pump set till the clear water is received from 02 Nos Bore wells at S1 and S2 site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The item includes: (i) Collecting water samples in clean bottle / jar from borewell and getting tested for chemical, bacteriological analysis and PH value from Govt laboratory and submit the report. (ii) Filling of gravel pack provided in fine aquifers all around the bore well Casing pipe upto depth of 2mtrs or as per norms and as directed.

Carrying out yield test (V-notch type) of bore well continously for 08 hours and submitting the test report in the presence of departmental representative complete for 02 Nos bore wells at S1 and S2 site all as specified and directed. Note: T&P required for yield testing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply , lowering, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set, vertical type, multi stage with copper wound brass impllers duly coupled to submersible motors electric driven 10 HP(approx) 415 Volts, 3Phase, 50 Hz suitable to meet the head and discharge after yield testing, including connecting of pipes and electic connections etc., as per site requirements complete complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall submit techincal literature of submersible pumpset for approved of GE. Make: KIRLOSKAR / CG / JYOTHI/ GRUNDFOS

Supply and laying submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with multi stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sq mm, 3 core cutting to required length , connecting with necessay ferruls/ water proof joint, complete all as specified and directed.

Acoustic Enclosure : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions, with the following features :-

(i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absoption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyster powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic/weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used.

(vii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance/repairs. (viii) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorported in the enclosure as per the requirement. (ix) See through transparent window(glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the operation. (x) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinge, fasters etc to be provided. (xi) Deliverables 75DB @ 1 meter at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be with in limit and as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp.
