Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate

Construction of Oil soak pit as per standard practice and of size 1.5mx1.5mx1.5m including excavation, plastering and filled up with sand/granular material as per IS and interconnection to transformer with 50mm dia Class B GI pipe and valves with all accessories.

H.T.VCB PANEL

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 350 MVA, 11 KV indoor type, drawout, Vacuum circuit breaker single Panel board fabricated out of minimum 2 mm thick CRCA sheet as per specification. The panel shall be complete with all accessories & cable termination boxes for incoming 3C x 240 Sqmm XLPE and outgoing 3C x 240 Sqmm XLPE, 11 KV cable. All current carrying parts should be of Copper. Suitable for extension of existing panel.

The panel shall be comprising of 1 no, 11 KV, 630 A,350 MVA drawout type vacuum circuit breaker with spring charged stored energy mechanism having spring charging motor 240VAC, Closing coil suitable for 24V DC, Tripping coil suitable for 24V DC, Aux. Contacts 6NO+6NC, Antipumping device, Mechanical Close & Trip Lever, Manual spring charging device, mechanical operation counter, mechanical ON/OFF, Mechanical spring charged indication. One (1) no. multi function meter with RS 485 port with minimum parameters Ampere, KWH, KVAh, KW, KVA, KVAR, PF & HZ. with 1 Set (3 Nos) of 100/5A ratio, 15VA, CL 1.0 & control fuses. 1 Set of phase indication lamps with HRC fuses (Red, Yellow and Blue). 1 Set of indication lights with HRC fuses for CB open, CB close, Auto trip, Spring charged, battery low`. Auxillary switch/ relay, under voltage, master trip, Anti-pumping relay and other control relays etc. as per requirement -Lot. 1 Set of IDMTL O/C and E/F relay similar to CDG-61 complete with 3 nos. (1 set). Current transformer 50/5A & shall comply with IEC:185 and IS:2705 , CL-5P 10 for protection, 15 VA burden. 1 set of 6 window, Audio / visual annunciation system complete with Transformer trouble & protection trip annunciation.

Supplying of following sizes XLPE, 11 KV earthed cable conforming to IS:7098(Part-2)1985,IS:5831-1984,IS:8130-1984,IS:3975 in existing open structure/ Hume pipe/ Trenches including in vertical formation as per technical specification and complete as required. (The payments of cable length shall only be made upto gland in panel on both sides not for loop and connection cables of approximate length upto 2 metres either sides.)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with Heat Shrinkable compound, including lugs and other jointing materials complete with all accessories for following sizes of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 11 KV/433 Volts, 3 phase, 50Hz,Dyn-11 connected,Double wound with copper winding(IS 1180 (Part 1) :2014 & IS 2026 - 1977), outdoor type, 1600 KVA transformer, oil immersed ONAN cooled, complete with all fittings such as oil conservator, silica gel breather, thermometer, explosion vent, off load tap changer with +5% to -5% tappings in the steps of 2.5%, Uni-directional roller, diagrams & rating plate, Oil gauge, Oil temprature indicator,Winding temprature indicator, weather proof marshalling box, first filling of oil, weather proof HT cable box & disconnecting chamber/ LT bus duct chamber of 2500 Amp for four pole aluminium bus duct with accessories & disconnecting chamber. (All instrument/relay/CT terminals/contact wiring to be done upto marshalling Box) etc complete as per specification. All relays, contacts & CT terminals to be wired upto marshalling box. Enclosure shall be of split up type so that top portion of the enclosure can be removed without disturbing core-coil assembly for shifting purpose. Transformer described as above.

Supply and fixing in position the approved "Shock Treatment Charts" framed in teak wood frame and covered with glass in front as required in two languages (Hindi & English).

Supply and fixing in position the best quality "Danger Boards" of approved shape and size as specified by Local Electricity Authorities written in English and Local languages.

Supply & Laying of non skid Electro mat 1 mtr wide 11KV grade conforming to IS 15652 as required including cutting to required length complete as per requirement of local electricity authorities.

Supply of fire buckets 3 nos. 15 litre capacity duly filled with fine sand and fixed on an angle iron frame suitable for outdoor as per requirement of local authorities. The fire buckets shall be painted red from outside and white from inside, including lettered as FIRE with white colour with extra handle at bottom.

Supply & Laying of non skid Electro mat 1mtr wide 1.1KV grade IS 15652 as required including cutting to required length complete as per requirement of local electricity authorities.

Supplying, installing by suspension on ceiling, testing and commissioning of following capacity Sandwich Type Bus-duct for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50Hz A.C. supply with metal clad enclosure having IP-54 rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, made of 1.6mm thick steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of Electrolytic Grade and having 99.99% purity having current density of 130 A/ sq cm at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints and bends, fire barrier at each opening, provision of tapping at every metre, adopter box and copper flexible for joints, continuous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including, G.I. clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required.

MAIN ISOLATION CUM TRASNFER PANELS

Supply of 3 Phase 415V 4 wire Free Standing Floor mounted Panel made out of 14 SWG MS Sheet after seven tank process and painting with epoxy powder coating including all switchgear as detailed below. The Panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN aluminium bus bar (at the rating of 0.8/ Sqmm) supported with DMC/SMC barriers and colour with heat shrinkable sleeves. The metering shall be provided as specified. The Panel shall be got fabricated from manufacturers with CPRI test certificate only. The Panel shall have at least two spare cubicles. The size of all Panel mounting meters shall be 96 x 96 mm. The Panels shall be mounted on U channels including supply and fixing of the same.

COS PANEL 2500A FP EDO 50KA ACB-01 no 2500A FP Change Over Switch-1 no Phase Indication Lamps-1 set On, Off, Trip Indiaction Lamps-1 set Multi Function Meter CTs shall be with cast resin type only. Along with control MCB's -3 no's

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of maintenance free earth station consisting of 40 mm dia 3m long Copper electrode capsule field with earth enhancing compound sealed at both ends and brazed lead for connection at one end, suitable for direct installation at site with brass bolt at the top end with nuts & washers including masonary enclosure, CI cover with frame and interconnection alongwith earth pit identification MS board and as required spreading of earth enhancing chemical compound etc. complete . Scope also includes excavation in all type of soil, back filling and making the area neat etc. complete.
