M&L for passing of water supply pipe line through road by adopting method of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) i.e. trenchless technology, micro tunneling and supply & pushing of MS casing pipe under road with all tools & plants upto 400mm dia as per IS 3589 (1981) wall thickness 4.8mm complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for ductile iron fitting such as bends (any type radius and angle) taper any type (straight, bend, increasing decreasing of double socket etc) tee pieces single branch cross (all socketed or socket and spigot) collars caps and plugs upto 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for cutting of road surface n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe line and after completion of work making good its in original shape by providing proper size bolder as sub base and 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) to match the existing road complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition / Dismantling of Generator Room (P-65) single story with AC Sheet roof covering on framed turss excluding foundation complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition / Dismantling of Rest Room (P-68) with RCC roof slab excluding foundation complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition / Dismantling of Pump House (P-60) single story with RCC roof slab excluding foundation complete all as specified and directed.
Notes :- (i) Rate for demolition of 19m height staging water tank includes necessary scafolding, safety measures like safety nets and other connected T&P arrangements required for safe demolition including all safety precaution / wearings for men associated with work. (ii) For demolition, the contractor shall strictly adhere to IS-4130-1991 Demolition of Buildings code of safety. (iii) Extreme care shall be taken while demolishing the existing structure in order to avoid life / building hazards in the surrounding area. (iv) Tenderer may visit the site by making prior appointment with the GE to ascertain the condition of structures to be demolished / dismantled before quoting the rate against item No 3.09 to 3.12 of BOQ.
