supplying Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Steal Truss Built-up section/ Tubular Structure (MS) confirming to IS 2062 Grade Yst 250-350, Tubular Structure:- made from steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL/ RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL, confirming to IS 1161/4923, Grade Yst 310, thickness upto 10mm) in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections, etc and applying a coat of epoxy primer, and including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings issued by Engineer- in- charge and incorporation of Engineer-in-Charge’s comments on same, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting, threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Metal sheet roofing . The tubular structure system with plate connectors, pinion joints, etc must be sustained up to 280 km/hour wind pressure. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of metal shade. SURFACE FINISH OF STRUCTURE. The complete structure to be hot deep galvanized with thickness of 100 micron painted with one coat galvanized primer and final finish with pucoat.One coat of Epoxy Intermediate MIO and one coat of Polyurethane paint on steel work at all locations prepared by galvanized structure . The work is to be executed as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of non-insulated Colour Coated galvalume metal sheets (Zinc aluminium alloy Coated. Not less than 150gms/sq.m. Having high tensile G.I. Trafford Sheet (TATA make) (FY 550 Mpa) of 0.5 mm minimum thickness (BMT). The outside face (exposed face) shall be permanently colour coated with PVF-2 paint of minimum DFT 20 microns over primer and inner side (Internal face) shall be coated with same paint of minimum DFT 12 microns with all fasteners and fixtures. Scaffolding etc. Complete at all heights as per drawings and specification including preparation of bill of materials and shop drawings. (Galvalume sheets shall be of any reputed make ‘Tata Blue Scope Steel Limited’ Or equivalent.

Priming one coat on Iron work with any approved Primer including cost of primer as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge at all elevations including all material & labour complete.

Providing & painting two coats of Plastic emulsion paint with 1st quality of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge at all elevations including all material & labour complete.

Numbering of Each Shops, Logo of Govt of Odisha (approx 250 mm dia) and logo of Sambalpur Municipal Corporation (approx 250 mm dia) including cost conveyance of all material labor finishing etc as per good look.
