Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushion for under ground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry river sand complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned thickness will be measured at the time of measurement and payment.

S&F bricks fly ash bricks locally available of size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm best quality laid in trenches over sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping , bed plates, kerbs etc including necessary formwork, concrete exposed surface shall be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping above ground levels , bed plates, kerbs etc including necessary formwork, concrete exposed surface shall be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade 6 sqmm heavy duty one twin core flat or circular cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repair to high mast light control panal/motor winding/minor repair to motor like bearing/bush /end terminals /steel rope/hand operated lowering mechanism and greasing of pully complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ maintenance of street lights/ yard lights/ high mast fitting/ luminaire of any size/ type fixed on poles/bldgs/tower including taking down as required at a height exc. 8m from the ground level including dismantling all the defective components, checking its serviceability circuit board, driver units and carried out necessary minor repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections, replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same, replacing the fused lamps, burnt out wiring, ballast and igniter, capacitor and reassembling and fixing the fitting to original position complete, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed . Replacement of fused wire is deemed to be included and other items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items, however securing wiring/ tapeing/refixing is deemed to be included in Job. Note: (a) Irrespective of fittings/ components replaced, the measurement shall be made for one pole as one unit. (b) Attending through necessary ladder arrangement on vehicle or ladders etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) Necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor. (d) Contractor is completely responsible for the safety of manpower employed by him.

M&L for vegetation/wild grass/bushes clearance around feeder pillar boxes, street light/LT poles for prventive maintenance/break down attendance complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The contractor should provide sufficient manpower and machinery as required for immediate preventive/ breakdown services. (b) The contractor should provide all safety gears like helmet, gum boots/ apron etc and safety of the workmen will be responsibility of contractor.
