Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas in soft soil including disposal of excavated earth as directed,disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Disposal of waste/rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual and mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground outside GSL Yard or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, including transportation, labour, tools, materials etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone including watering, ramming and consolidating,compacting, etc. in trenches, foundations, floor, road etc. all labour, materials complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering ) including compacting,curing etc all labour and materials complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete(RCC) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All works :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including curing, scaffoldings,etc. all labour, materials complete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position and binding with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars all labour,materials etc complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form all labour and materials complete.

Constructing masonry in superstructure at all levels using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 70kg/cm2(28days curing) with a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junctions & corners,curing etc. all labour and materials etc. complete.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge ,curing, scaffoldings, all labour and materials etc. complete.
