Supply & Laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane and as per manufacturers instructions with features as specified , weighing not less than 4.0 kg per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm by torching the membrane including sealing the overlap while torching with 100mm on length side and 100mm wide side as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction the curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 Ml/bag of cement cured well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge including two coats of bituminous aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of primer APP membrane & SBR Latex.

M&L for filling the existing cracks on plastered surfaces of walls by using Dr. Fixit and or equialent Crack-X Shrinkfree compound incl preparation of surfaces before application by opening the cracks and cleaning off the dust, dirt etc. for ease of application of paste all as per manufacturer's instructions and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material in patched n exc 10 Sqm for 15mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement in pathes n exc 15RM from rust from the reinforcing bars of dia upto 12mm to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Appplying & supply of two component solvent free epoxy bonding agent Sika Sikadur 32LP or equivalent of Fosroc/ STP for bonding old to new concrete . The ready to use epoxy bonding agent shall be applied over old concrete using brush after cleaning of surface of all dust or latiance.The material is supplied as a two part material in preweighed quantities for ready onsite mixing and use. The material shall exhibits the following properties Compressive strength 50 N/mm2 at 7D Flexural strenght 35N/mms at 7 D , Shear strength 10N/mm2 at 7D and Tensile strength 20 N/mm2 and Bond Strength of 10N/mm2.The new concrete shall be placed within the open time as specified by the manufacturer to ensure maximum bonding and application shall be as per the manufacturer instruction , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

Providing and Applying Sika Monotop top 122 F or equivalent of FOSROC/BASF, ready to use single component high strength polymer modified cementitious repair mortar in 25 mm thickness.Water /Powder ratio shall be as specified by manufacturer so as to achieve the following parameters:- . 28 days Compressive Strength >=50N/mm2 Flexural strength at 28 days >= 5 N/mm2 Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.
