M&L for servicing of goods lift Make : ECE, Capacity - 1088 Kg installed at PW-IV. The following work will be done in servicing :- (a) Cleaning of Lift room, Lift chamber, Lift (Inside and top of the lift) complete. (b) Oiling and greasing of concerned parts of lift with ISI marked oil and grease complete. (c) Checking of complete lift for smooth functioning and maintain the register sign by MES rep all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) If the lift is laying unserviceable for more than 24 Hrs due to any major fault the contractor will not claim the same item till the lift are made serviceable. (b) If complaint not attend within 24 hrs, penalty shall be charged @ 4 times of quoted rate.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested AMF Panel 82.5/100 KVA with Bypass arrangement for Main & DG both Indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) and made of 2.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 75 x 6 mm thick), front opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035.
