Hire charges for one Air-conditioned vehicle xylo/Scorpio/Inova/Tata Safari or vehicle of similar size/cost with driver for West Bengal area (kalimpong, Gangtok, Darjeeling and Binnaguri etc) in AOR of CE Siliguri Zone as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (minimum rate for 200km per vehicle or 24 Hrs per vehicle which ever is earlier). Note : (i) Quoted rate is inclusive of fuel, lubricant & toll tax and any other charges as required during duty and nothing extra shall be paid (ii) If duty is completed within one calender day but KM run exceeded 200km then the distance beyond 200km will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule)

Hire charges for one Air-conditioned vehicle xylo/Scorpio/Inova/Tata Safari/Crysta or vehicle of similar size/cost with driver for except West Bengal area (Guwahati, Borjhar, Missamari, Tenga, Tezpur, Rangia, Tawang etc) in AOR of CE Siliguri Zone as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (minimum rate for 200km per vehicle or 24 Hrs per vehicle which ever is earlier). Note : (i) Quoted rate is inclusive of fuel, lubricant & toll tax and any other charges as required during duty and nothing extra shall be paid. (ii) If duty is completed within one calender day but KM run exceeded 200km then the distance beyond 200km will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule)

(ii) If duty is completed within one calender day but KM run exceeded 200km then the distance beyond 200km will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule)

Add to item No 1.00, 2.00 & 3.00 for each additional one kilometer beyond first 200km

Add to item No 1.00, 2.00 & 3.00 for each additional night halt

Hiring for local/out station day to day/outstation duty of one Air-conditioned vehicle swift desire/Mahindra Verito/Tata Indigo or veh of similar category from CE office Military station to any other formation of CESZ jurisdication for following:

For maximum 8 hours upto 80 KM local duty

For maximum 8 hours upto 140KM local duty
