Preventive maintenance of complete substation equipment, Complete electrical circuits, lighting arrangement etc. round the clock by ateam of technical superivsior, lineman and skilled coolie- T.G.-2 01 No. Line Man/Technician- 02 No. Helper/Coolie- 02 Nos.

Operation of SAS Based 220/132 KV S/S Chandpur(SAS Based), round the clock in 03 shift of 08 Hrs. each, by a team comprising the following technical person's for operation of sub-station equipments alongwith maintaining of all records-

Helper 04 Nos.

General Cleaning of control room, office buildings, road and cleaning of all toilets etc. (including consumable toiletries)

Cleaning of complete yard of substation and near store building by one time chemical spray & grass cutting and removing highly densed lashed, meshed vegetation, creeps on complete periphery of pale fencing and throwing out side of S/S periphery as per direction of surpervising engineer. A). Grass cutting (04 time in a year) B) Chemical spray (01 time in a year)

Cleaning of cable trenches of various sizes by removing earth deposit and other foreign material in bottom and over the cable racks including removal of cables from the racks and placing it outside trench carefully without causing any damage to cable removal of trench cover and its fixing & all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. (One time in a year)

Regular monthly maintenance of lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, ground cover flower beds in lawn including weeding out of all undersired growth ,watering ,trimming, forking making loose soil around plants and applying manure, cow dung compost for survival and health growth of plants grass includding cost of all T&P and skilled labour, Planting flowertree in pots of cement (30 Nos) alongwith painting of flower pots in switch yard and near controlroom building, with all cost of men, T&P, skilled/unskilled labours.

Refilling of various type fire extingusher cylinder according instruction of engineer incharge including painting by post office red enameled paint of Asian/Burger/ISI/Standard make work includes taking cylinder to plant for charging and delivery at Respective, Substation after charging. (Qty as per norms)

work of Repairing & Overhauling of 2.0 ton split type AC's (10 Nos.) & 2.0 ton window type AC's (06 Nos.) installed at 220 KV S/S Chandpur- A-Servicing & overhauling of 2 ton split & Window AC (Hitachi make) including replacement of general spare parts (except compressor) including labour T&P. B-Replacement/Repaireing of damaged/defective cooling condensor coil of split & window AC of 2.0 ton, gas cutting, soldering and testing of leakage from cored tube and proper fitting. C-Repairing of 5KVA Stablizer including the cost of labour & material. D-Replacement/Repairing of fan motor split type AC. E-Replacement/Repairing of running capacitor of AC. F-Filling gas in 2 ton split & window AC including cost of gas, Labour and T&P etc. G-Replacement of socket, switch and MCB os same rating.

1- Maintenance of Jockey pump & main pump with replacement of star coupling, glands plate etc. 2-Maintenance of 105 BHP diesel engine kirloskar make including replacement of engine oil/Oil filter/deisel filter/bolts/hose pipes and other associated work required to complete the job satisfactory. 3-Maintenance of Air compressor(In service & Stand by compressor) including charging of compressor oil, air filter, fan belts ect and other associated owrk related to complete the job satisfactorily and also check electrical circuit for auto function. 4-Water Draining from chilling tank of both 160 MVA T/F with the help of pump set provided by the contractor at his own cost as per instruction of engineer incharge. 5-Maintenance of existing foot Valve/NRV/Gate Valve/CTR along with servicing of flapper and cleaning of strainner along with dismantling and re-installing foot Valve/NRV/Gate Valve of various size as per details given below- a-Foot Valve- 250 & 100 mm dia b-NRV 200, 150 & 80mm dia c-Ball Valve- all type d-Deluge Valve- 150mm dia e- Y/T type Straniner- 250, 150 & 100mm dia f-Sluice Valve 200, 150, 100 & 80mm dia g-Water & Air pressure switch & Guage. h-QB Sprinkler i-Nozels j- CTR
