Supplying and Lowering of 10 HP (7.5 KW), 440 V Submersible motor for open well, 4 stage pump having outlet 80 mm capable of discharge 600 Ltr to 720 ltr per minute water at head upto 32 to 49 Mtr ,suitable for openwell as required in all respect Make KIRLOSKER or equivalent to Havells/CG/KSB)

Supplying/ fabrication/ erecting of header for interconnection/Coupling of old delivery line & new pumps made up of 80 mm dia GI pipe medium class of 4.20 mtr length (approximately) including welding 6mm thickness MS disc/plate at both end and providing 1 No. outlet made of 80 mm dia & 2 Nos inlet made of 80 mm dia GI medium class nipple upto suitable length with MS flange at the end of inlet/outlet and making the joints leakproof etc as required.

Supplying and lowering of GI Pipes (Class B) of size 3 inches/80 mm including welding both side flange of suitable size for coupling of column pipes ISI marked having length upto 10 Feet including two nos of clamps for holding the column pipes and different size nut bolts with washers and gasket complete as required. Supplying and laying of Flat three core and 4 sqm PVC insulated copper conductor and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL / DWC for submersible motor pumps as required. Havells Make or equivalent to Polycab/RR/Finole

Suppling and laying of one number 4C X 35 Sqmm A2XWY XLPE insulated and PVC sheated aluminium power cable of 1.1 KV grade, in the existing RCC/Hume/DWC/HDPE pipe/open masonary duct/ panel cable ally including connection ,testing etc as required, make Havells/ Polycab/ RR.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. For (4C X 35 sqmm)- (32 mm)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with Cable route marker with 10CM X 10 CM X 5 MM thick G.I plate with inscription there on,bolted/welded to 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc,conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioningand protective covering etc,complete as required.
