Excavation in foundation trenches etc.in earth work in all kind of soil lift upto 1.50mtr.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required int plinths and sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming,watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand: 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curring complete exculding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all lead and lifts

Random rubble masonary/polygonal rubble masonary un-coursed/brought courses with hard stone of approved quallity in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand).including carriage of material in all lead and lifts

Providing form work with steel plates (3.15mm) three point fifteen milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame (30x30x5mm) ( Thirty x thirty x five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.(Four metre) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.

(B). Column, pillars, posts and struts. (i). Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

(C). Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels. i. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

(D).Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. ( i). Floors etc., upto 200mm( Two hundred milimetre) in thickness.

e) For stair cases.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand :Three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)( Twenty milimetre) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

(b). Columns, pillars, posts and struts in all floor levels.

(c). Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in all floor levels.

d) For stair cases with sloping on stepped soffits excluding landing.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor levels (a). Tor steel. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections to of approved make . conforming to 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868.(Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 ) fixed with rawplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners i/c necessary filling up of gaps at junctions , at top , bottom and sides with frequired PVC/ Neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth ,rustfree ,straight ,mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required i/c cleat angle, aluminium ,snap beading for glazing /panelling C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws .All complete as per Architectural drawing and the directions of Enginner in charge. a)For doors windows and ventilators and glazed partitions frames.

b) For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisionsfor fixing of fitings where ever required including the cost of PVC /neoprene gaskes as required .(fittings and glazing /panelling shall be paid for seperatly.)

Providing and fixing double action hydarulic spring of approved brand and manufacture (conforming to IS 6315) for aluminium door including cost of cutting floor as required embedding in floors and cover plates etc. Etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer in charge i/c making good in floors.

Providing and fixing aluminium grills including fixing with aluminium U section complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing stainless wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85G with wire of 0.56mm to windows and clearstory window i/c U section of aluminium in beading of.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door ,windows ,ventilators shutters and partition etc with PVC/ neoprens gaskets etc. Complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer including aluminium snap beading and glazing. Glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness(weight not less than 13.75 kg/sqm.

Digital wall tiles 8mm thick 24 x 30 cm size in walls, risers or steps and dado on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3(1cemen:3sand) and jointed with white cement slurry.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm (avg) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing and moulding of edges complete. 20mm thick

Applying Birla white care wall putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortor drops ,dust ,loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).

Providing plinth protectin 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)including finishing the top surface of concete smooth .Under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (un-consolidated)bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including prepaaation of ground.
