Transplantation of 06 Nos. trees and plantation of 60 Nos trees at Shahdara Link Drain from RD 4200 m to RD 4545 m and its maintenance for 3 months.

Transplantation of trees with in a distance of 2 km including excavation around existing tree, pruning of branches, lifting, loading and transportation of existing tree, digging pits for placing tree at new place, adding manure, sand, fertilizer, hormones and bio fertilizer to it. Levelled and neatly dressed and disposal of surplus materials from old existing and new sites to designated place. Each tree should be firmly secured to the stake so as to prevent excessive movement, flooding with water, treatment of roots, rope and gunny bags as per direction of the officer incharge. T&P and all required materials shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (a) Girth of tree shall be measured at a height of 1m above ground level Girth of trees beyond 50 cm and upto 90 cm

Girth of trees beyond 90 cm and upto 150 cm

Girth of trees beyond 150 cm.

Providing and stacking of Azadirachta indica ( Neem ) height 120-130cm in polybag size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and stacking of Eugenia jambolana (Jamun) height 150-165cm. in poly bag size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and stacking of Ficus religiosa (Peepal) height 150-165 cm in poly bag size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, Hedge, ground covers and seasonal plants at site i/c watering and removal of unsaverieable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water). Trees plant

Providing and watering of irrigation water through water tanker for Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 ltr. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
