Earth Work in excavation in Foundation Trenches in Ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item -B) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M including all lift, leveling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of tree shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I

Extra for earthwork in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I. ( vide classification of soil item-B)

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick will watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenched with a lead of 50mm and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diaMTR.er holes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concete of soecified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up tp plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand (Zone -III) :8 graded stone aggregrate 40 mm normial size)

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame

30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying 25mm. thick kotah stone slab flooring of approved size, texture and colour over 19 mm thick base of lime morter (1:l:1) ( Lime putty : surkhi: coarse sand ) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quailty of carborandum stone including cost of curring, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification direction of E/I. 600x600mm Size.

Providing and laying 25mm. thick kotah stone riser of steps, skirting and pillers of approved size, texture and colour over 12 mm thick cement morter (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quailty of carborandum stone including cost of curring, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification direction of E/I. 600x600mm Size.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming toIS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

52mm thick cement concrete flooring with metallic concrete hardener topping under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick metallic concrete hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix:2 stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume @ 2 liter per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture specification. ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :In 75x75 mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C. kitchen and the like consisting of: (i) 1st course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming tc IS 2645 in recommended proportions.(ii) 11 nd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand)mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion, (iii) Illrd course of applying blown or/residual bitumen aplied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area, (iv) Ivth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet.(Overlaps at joints of PVC shet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqni).

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying :

(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.

(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry

Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS: 10910 on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786 having minimum cross section as 23 mm x 25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specification and having manufacture's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 30x20x15cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per design.

FINISHING WORK

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty as per building direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing carriage of water with all leads and lifts as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compoundincluding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour

Providing and applying With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

Providing two coats of oil bond Distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone of fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification direction of E/I

Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper, scaffolding, curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock, ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

ALUMINIUM WORK

Supplying, fitting, and fixing M.S. Grill made of 20X6mm M.S. Flate as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill gate with M.S. grill made of 20X6mm M.S. flats or 16mm M.S. square bars fitted on 25X25X6mm M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately):For fixed portion.Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

AC3 duty contactors should be used for switching individual capacitor banks.

The fault withstanding capacity of panel & its control gear shall be min. 50 KA rms for 1 sec.

Supply, Fixing, testing and Commissioning of Exhaust gas piping system of Class `B' MS pipe as per IS:1239 for upto 150 mm dia and for 200 mm dia & above MS pipe as per IS:3589 with welded joints, cut to required lengths with necessary bends, fittings, flanges, painting over primer coat, with mineral wool / rock wool insulation of minimum 75 mm thick of 150 Kg per cu M density on all sides of exhaust pipe, with chicken mesh wrapping and 26 SWG aluminium sheet cladding complete as required. The aluminum foil should be tightly cladded to insulation surface of pipe. The aluminum cladding shall be locked with sheet metal screws with other sections of aluminium foil. The measurement shall be done on the basis of centre line. Indoor units shall be ceiling suspended/wall mounted type complete with evaporator ,fan, filter ,drier, expansion devices & microprocessor control panel along with all accessories with refrigerant & oil charge , corded remote controls. The unit shall be suitable for working at 240 ± 10% ,50 Hz,1 phase AC supply .The unit shall be designed to take care of minimum vertical head 5mt & horizontal length of 30 mt & necessary oil separator shall be included ,Necessary supporting arrangement for both indoor & outdoor units ( Powder Coated /Epoxy painted MS stand for ODU units as per approved make, shade by Architect) with necessary vibration isolation arrangement as per site condition etc. (without condensate drain pipe ,electrical power & control cabling between indoor & outdoor unit which shall be paid separately ).

The coil in the outdoor units shall be provided with anti corrosive treatment. Necessary corrosive treatment of copper coil of the ODU with Blygold PoluAl (Aluminum hydroxide, 25-microns thickness) to protect from corrosion, sulfur and other chemical contaminants present in the air. Coating should be done in presence of OEM representative. The coating shall be carried-out by the authorized applicator of coating manufacturer.

The Outdoor unit Compressor must be provided with 5 Year Warranty Period.

MODULAR OPERATION THEATRES

Providing and installing Walls & ceiling panels, constructed with 0.8 mm Stainless steel 304 grade PUF Panels with tongue and groove mechanism for jointing and minimum width of 1200mm. The puff panel shall be made by injecting high pressure polyurethane foam with minimum density 40 kg/m3. The thickness of wall panels shall be 50 mm thick and ceiling panel shall be 30 mm thick. The inner surface walls will be fixed to the bricks wall with essential supports. The individual wall panels will not be spot welded together so as to ease removal for maintenance at a later date. Providing and applying Antibacterial Paint: The internal surfaces of the room walls will be sprayed with water based liquid plastic, wall glaze or equivalent anti-bacterial paint, approved by the architect to a minimum dry film thickness of 300 microns. The plastic coating will overlap the floor covering ceiling system and doorframes by 25mm to provide a continuous sealed surface. The plastic coating will be non- reflective and the Colour will be submitted to the architect for approval.

SITC of Ceiling filtration system 2400x2400mm: The ceiling filtration system shall be 2.40 meters x 2.40 meters and will be integrated with the adjacent false ceiling. The ceiling shall be constructed with a plenum box supplied with conditioned air from the central system via 8 nos. HEPA filters (European Norm EN 1822:2009; Class H 14; DOP 99.97-99.9999% efficiency for 0.3 micron particles) with pressure drop of 300 Pascal’s at its nominal flow rates (supplied with the Plenum), mounted on the exit from the supply ducting.
