Earthwork in bulk excavation (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated soil lead upto 50m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling and removal tiled floors laid in Cement Mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the pressed tiles and weathering course from the roof of building including cost of labour, dismantling tools & equipments and removing the debries from the site and dumping the debries to the nearby low laying area, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand))(One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting ONE coat with Plastic emulsion of approved brand over OLD wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying TWO coats of Exterior (ACE) of approved quality over the existing wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surfaceeven and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with One coat of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Filling in basement with M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) to the required thickness in layers including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of chinnaware Wash Basin (White color) 550 mm x 400mm size with pedestal parryware/Hindware) of approved quality with necessary fittings such as cast iron bracket, 1 no 15mm C.P heavy duty piller tap with pentagonal head, 32mm dia PVC waste water pipe and 15mm dia nylon connection, 1 No 15 mm dia G.M. wheel valve and fixing it with the wall with necessary plugs, clamps and screws, and giving water supply connection and painting the exposed pipe connection with two coats of paint of approved colour, including all labour, materials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing R.C.C. Pre-cast slab 100mm thick of various size in Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 including all labour, materials, form work, reinforcement, conveyance and fixing the slab etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia. Heavy type Brass Chromium Plated Pillar tap of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Vitrified floor tiles 60 x 60 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make chinnaware water closet of European type (White) of double trap syphonic with fibre cover including all fittings and necessary lead pipe jointing the trap with C.I. pipe, the pipe connection being embedded below floor level in brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 including cost of fittings of low level flushing cistern with syphonic fitting tank of 12.5 litre capacity with inlet and over flow at bottom and connecting it with water supply pipe line and painting the pipe line with two coats of paint approved quality including all materials,labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make chinaware water closet of indian style (white color) of approved quality (makeparryware/Hindware) and size 580mmx440mm with foot rests (Oriya type) with necessary 'P' or 'S'trap in brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 (one lime two sand) and plastering with CM 1:3 (one cement, three sand) finshing roughly to receive floor finish including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of 600 x 450 mm size Mirror of best make, first quality approved by the department including plywood back,plugs, screws etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers
