Providing / installation / testing / commissioning of 300M3/Hr (03-Cusec) capacity single stage fast pull out type submersible pumping unit to have non-clogging impeller conforming to latest IS codes and standards with manufacturers test certificate The pump to have a stationary arrangement and to be supplied and installed with pump connector / pedestal unit connected to the pump support bracket with suitable diaphragm to make a leak proof joint...Contd. as per Annexure "A"

Allied Mechanical Works: Supply, fabrication testing, laying, connecting and commissioning of mild steel, 6 inches Diameter, heavy C class delivery conductor from outlet of pump up to 10 inch diameter rising main, complete with nuts, bolts, diffuser, gaskets, and earth excavation for laying/refilling and dressing of the delivery conductor underground. The length of delivery conductor required to be supplied, fabricated and laid underground is approximately 20 Meters for each pumping unit.

Supply, fabrication testing, laying, connecting and commissioning of mild steel, 10 inches Diameter, heavy C class rising main from junction of 6 inch diameter delivery pipes up to the existing 14 inch diameter rising main, complete with nuts, bolts, diffuser, gaskets, and earth excavation for laying/refilling and dressing of the rising main underground. The length of rising main required to be supplied, fabricated and laid underground is approximately 10 Meters.

Providing and fitting of MS flanges 150 nominal diameter fabricated out of 12 mm thick MS plate having PCD and number of holes as per IS specification. The flanges shall be welded through electric arc welding of adequate strength and consistency using “Advani” make electrodes. The job also includes cost on account of MS nuts/bolts and gaskets etc.

Providing and fitting of MS flanges 250 nominal diameter fabricated out of 12 mm thick MS plate having PCD and number of holes as per IS specification. Fabrication, providing, fitting of 90 0 M.S composite bend of 150 dia mm, to be fabricated out of heavy duty MS pipe having specifications same as item No. 02 above where ever required as per site requirement. The job also includes any modification required as per site condition.

Supply, , installation, testing and commissioning of CI construction sluice valve of 150 mm nominal dia of PN 1.6 rating . The firm shall have to furnish valid test certificate from OEM regarding sl. No/specifications/construction of material/rating of sluice valve.

Supply, , installation, testing and commissioning of CI construction NRV of 150 mm nominal dia of PN 1.6 rating . The firm shall have to furnish valid test certificate from OEM regarding sl. No/specifications/construction of material/rating of Non-return valve.

Gantry over sump: Fabrication, providing, fitting of M.S gantry over sump. Columns of gantry are to be fabricated out of ISMC-150, 3 mtrs long placed face to face 75 mm apart held together through 6mm thick MS plates 225 X 150 mm at 04 places on both sides.300X300mm MS plates 12mm thick are to be fitted on top and bottom side of column .Bottom plate is to be welded to the reinforcement of the sump top and grouted in it. ISMB-200,5 mts long is to be placed and welded to the top plate of the columns. The job also includes Providing and Fitting of one no. 2-tonne capacity chain pully block with monorail

Distribution / Control Panel: Providing, Fitting and Commissioning of electrical distribution/Control panels comprising of 01 No. incoming feeder 02 No. outgoing feeders and 01 No. auxiliary feeder..Contd. as per Annexure "A"

Manufacturing, providing, installation, testing and commissioning of manually operated oil immersed copper wound 150 KVA capacity voltage stabiliser capable to work on AC input voltage of 90 volts ± 10% to give output voltage of 420±10%, 3-phase and shall have 8 boosting steps...Contd. as per Annexure "A"

Electric Cabling: Providing, Fitting, Testing, Installation and Commissioning of 120 mm sq. 3.5 core aluminium armoured cable XLPE Sheathed PVC insulted conforming to the latest IS Codes 1554 ,from additional sump up to main distribution Control Panels. (The item shall be supported with manufacturer’s test certificates).
