Complete overhauling/repair of 16.5HP diesel engine dewatering pump set and design, fabrication, fitting of Towable Trolley

Repairs to the 16.5HP engine (dual cylinder) of pump installed at Ware House D/w station, by way of dismantling suction and delivery line and decoupling the engine from pump unit and then shifting to workshop for repair. Dismantling the engine to extract parts. Cleaning/decarbonising the engine/components with recommended chemicals and grinding of crank shaft up to its optimum finished level. P/F of liners, CR bushes, piston, gaskets sets , thrust washer, air filter, m.oil filter. Adjustment to rocker tappet assembly. Complete repair and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of new parts i.e. injector nozzle, plunger, spring, lock set etc. Also P/f governing set then calibrating the pump on calibration bench and fitting with engine, testing the engine idle. Job includes filling of fresh engine oil 8ltrs after draining and cleaning of crank case and idle testing of engine. Repair to 2 Cusec Pump by way of completely dismantling the pump unit by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. Repair to impeller by brazing & turning & finishing. P/F of bearing-02 Nos., gland bush-01 set, reassembling the pump unit by p/f of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing and greasing the bearing properly. Design, fabrication and fitting of Towable Trolley for mounting 16.5HP dewatering diesel driven engine pump by way of Providing 4’’ MS channel having minimum 5mm thickness and 16 feet in length approx., MS angle 40mm X 40mm X 5mm thickness as per requirement, GI pipe having dia 2’’ as per requirement ( 2 to 3 feet in length approx.). Job involves proper cutting and welding of MS channel, MS angle to fabricate the frame of trolley for dewatering engine pump set. Providing and fitting of suitable axel to trolley frame with proper bearing housing assembly for fitting rim of tyres. Providing and fitting of GI pipe stand with proper hole for pin for resting of load of trolley at one end. Providing and fitting of hook system at one side of trolley for towing. Providing and fitting of 02 Nos. R-14 tyre (old used tyre in good condition.) size to trolley. Mounting of base frame of dewatering engine pump set on channel frame of trolley by proper fastening of nuts bolts or welding. Assembling of engine pump set on base frame properly. Job further involves painting of trolley frame, engine and pump with two coats of red oxide primer and then two coats of black paint to trolley and green paint to engine pump set. The job involves providing and fitting of reinforced flexible suction pipe 25 feet long of 100mm dia and canvas cotton hose pipe delivery pipe 50 feet long of 100mm dia, 100mm dia foot valve, nipples, bends etc. Job involves carriage of engine pump set to workshop and back shifting with trolley. Job involves loading ,unloading and carriage charges to and fro. Job involves cost of material, labour charges and carriages charges. Inclusive of taxes. Complete job.
