ARMO Works 2025-26 at Dibrugarh Airport, S.H- Execution of Electrical Works related to Commissioning of Extended portion of Runway

Dismantling of existing Elevated type of Runway/taxiway/turnpad edge light/Threshold/End light fittings from existing transformer housing box/shallow box including isolating transformer by removal of bolt nuts of base plate and handing over the same to AAI and filling the housing box with necessary cement concrete to make level with runway/taxiway including providing top portion of concrete mixing with black oxide as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset type Runway threshold/Runway End/ turnpad centre line lights/ taxiway light fitting in the runway/Taxiway with core cutting, setting i/c providing sealing material and other accessories inter connections etc.,as required for commissioning.

Installation of round type transformer housing box with base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all around concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick top slopped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia B class GI pipe with check nuts for drainage of water including excavation and refilling, aligning the boxes in straight line etc complete as required.

Installation of shallow box of edge lights on hard surface(concrete)/flexible surface (Bituminous). Installation of Shallow box of 330mm dia, upto 200 mm (as per requirement) height, marking the location of edge light fittings on taxiway,core cutting by using suitable core cutting machine, up to a depth suitable for shallow box, cleaning, keeping the provision for secondary cable entry, precision alignment of box, cleaning, fixing with epoxy sealant , finishing and copping with cement mixture, numbering with paint, cleaning the area etc complete as required.

Moulding of secondary cable of size 2C X 4 sqmm of 1.1 kV grade at site with required 2 pin plug& Receiptacle connectors complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 10mm thick MS dummy plate of 330 mm dia having 6No X M-10 holes along the circumferential of 260mm dia suitable to install on existing transformer housing box including providing and fixing of rubber gasket and SS bolts, nuts, washers etc., as required

Groove cutting, laying of secondary lead with providing & fixing of earth wire from shallow box to transformer housing box (concrete surface/flexible surface): Cutting of groove having depth up to 30mm and width up to 20 mm on concrete/flexible surface by using suitable cutter machine, cleaning laying of 2C X 4.0 sqmm secondary lead with providing& fixing of single core 4sqmm copper earth wire from shallow box to existing transformer housing box, filling the gap with epoxy sealer(poly suplide)suitable sealant material, providing masking tape on both side of the groove to avoid spillage, finishing, cleaning the area etc., complete as required.

Dismantling of existing CI shallow box/inset fitting along with base from Runway/Taxiway using suitable breaker machine and filling the gap using suitable cement concrete including providing top portion of concrete mixing with black oxide etc., as required to make the finish as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for existing signboards as per direction of E-I-C.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE/ERP power cable/secondary lead of 5 KV/1.1KV grade of upto 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required.
