Roof treatment by application of non toxic polyurethane modified acrylic based single component (P U Roof Coat) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellant UV resistant capasity as per ASTM D6083fa water based 100% acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating used as protective coating for roofs} after preparing the surface by cleaning and ti repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (1:4), preferably with antishrinkage mortar (to be paid separately) if any, apply two coats along with a Primingcoat (two coats of P U Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with Sqm. i main product as per manufacturers specification) and reinforced with or without 20 ~ gsm Geotextile Fleece, including the cost of primer coat and basepreparation, tools & IPlantsbut excluding the cost of scaffolding and stagging complete as per direction ofEngineer -in-charge.

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. i) For trusses spanning up to 12.00 m

Suppling. fitting and fixing single skin color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.50mm TCT (Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength), of Zincalume metallic coating (IS15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better colling as per thermatech technology 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg-The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150) (i.e. 55% Al. 43.4% Zinc. 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming IS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinits of the material. Providing and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm (± 0.2 mm) made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joint sand joint with 2 nos. of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 mm x 15 mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm , including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile.
