Supply and fix in repair unserviseable dosing pump of capacity upto 50 LPH, 180 to 240 V, 50 Hz automatic/manual type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair unserviseable Poly Urethane 8 x 10mm pipe suitable for chemical purpose complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 15mm dia galvanized steel water tubing medium grade galvanized with all fittings laid in wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 100 litres rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 3 layers wall construction (cylindrical vertical & closed top, hoisted & fixed in positions including lid for chemical solution complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for opening of pressure type iron removal plant 6000 to 8000 GPH capacity and taking out and removing old filter media such as ferro, minex, PVC type strainer nozzles, carbo-felt, filter sand, gravel, grits, etc. from filtration plant and depositing to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of internal steel surfaces and pressure type iron removal filtration plant 6000 to 8000 GPH capacity by scraping with wire brush and removing all dust, scales and other foreign particles and thoroughly washing with clean water and after drying apply two coats of anti-corrosive black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose on entire internal surfaces (except glavanised surfaces) of filtration plants complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F push fit PVC strainer nozzles 12 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and charging in layers special coarse sand suitable for use in filtration plant of size 1/8" x 1/16" mesh complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair CI Foot valve suitable for 100 mm dia pipe complete with all acessories complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L mild steel work for sign board of size 18 feet x2.95 feet made out of mild steel black sheet 2.0 mm thick cut to size including welding to join the sheet with mild steel square bars 25x25 mm on all sides top and bottom with screw end to facilitate hanging of mild steel sheet on 2 nos gi tubing dia 50 mm , post of height 5.5 meter from ground (1.2 m under ground) including supporting pipe and applying 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surface including taking down of old signed board complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:-Including writting letters on board.)

M&L for cement concrete as in foundation filling or mass concrete PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (40 mm grade stone aggregate) complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L for preparation of steel surfaces of PS Over head tank 45000 Ltr capacity (inside surfaces of water tank) by removing all foreign particles from steel surfaces and cleaning throughly the surfaces and complete drying the surfaces and applying black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose on 40 feet staging, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces of PS Over head tank 45000 Ltr capacity (out side surfaces of replaced pressed steel sheets and tie bars and angle irons) and priming with red oxide primer and applying synthetic enamel paint with existing colour, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of RCC OHT 227000 Ltr capacity - 01 Nos (CHG) as mentioned below through 6 stage Mechanical tank cleaning process by involving the following six stages of cleaning processes and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Suitably blocking the incoming and outgoing and wash out pipes for avoiding mud and foreign materials deposited in the reservoir getting in to pipes and chocking it prior to starting the cleaning. (ii) De-watering by high pressure German submersible pump all as complete (iii) Total removal of sludges by German suction pumps all as complete (iv) Cleaning of walls, ceiling & floor by high pressure German jet of 80 - 180 bar pressure all as complete (v) Removal of all dirt particals and sludge by vacuum pump specially designed all as complete (vi) Disinfect the tank with FOA/WHO specified chemical and make the tank totally bacteria free. (vii) Sterilization of tank completely atmosphere by industrial ultra-violet radiation leaving the tank completely sterilized all as complete (viii) Remove the blockage from inlet/outlet/over flow pipes, refill the tank with water and supply water at supply timings ensure satisfactory distribution (viii) Apply a coat of black bituminous paint on tank manhole covers including surface preparation

Note for serial item No. 31 to 37: (i) The entire work should be carried out by TANKCLEAN process by any franchises or M/S TANKCLEAN (Pvt) Ltd or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. (ii) Entire T&P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only water shall be supplied by MES at the stipulated rate. (iii) "Date of Cleaning" should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100 mm height. Cost of the same is deemed inclusive in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
