Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.i/c all material labour & T&P-All works above plinth & up to floor V level.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m, for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof (Plan area to be measured).

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more work such as in reinforced concreted or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work (Labour Only)

Filling BY CARTED earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. inlayers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50m & lift upto 1.50m.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class-150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.
