Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means for foundation, trenches etc., in all types of soils below ground level including shoring, strutting, bailing / pumping of water, leveling, ramming the bottom of excavation, refilling with selected excavated materials in the sides of the foundation in layers, consolidating and disposing off the surplus earth at places as directed within a lead of 50 m all as per drawings and specifications. - up to 1.5m ht

Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means in Soft rock in foundation, trenches etc. including shoring, shrutting wherever required bailing/pumping of water, leveling the bottom of excavation and refilling selected excavated materials and consolidating in the sides of foundation and disposing the surplus materials at places as directed within a lead of 2 Kms all as per drawings and specifications.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means in hard rock by chiselling (blasting prohibited) in foundation, trenches etc. including shoring, shrutting wherever required bailing/pumping of water, leveling the bottom of excavation and stacking the excavated material at places as directed within a lead of 2 kms as per drawings and specifications (Only stack measurement will be made and paid for)

Providing Pre-construction anti-termite treatment using chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate 20 % with 1 % concentration as per specifications. Note: The contractor shall furnish from the agency carrying out this work under this item a written guarantee in favour of NPCIL for the satisfactory performance of the treatment for a period of ten years.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 40 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, levelling, compaction, vibrating, scaffolding, shuttering, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete,curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Filling in basement with selected earth in layers of not more than 150 mm thick, each layer well rammed, watered and consolidated as per specifications. Selected earth shall be brought from a maximum lead of 2 km with in the Site.

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) , mixing in a mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness on prepared surface and compacting etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 using hard granite stones including hammer dressing the stones, providing bond stones as per specifications ,raking out the joints, scaffolding,curing etc.,complete as per specifications.
