REPAIR/ MAINT/ REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL LT SWITCHGEARS AND ALLIED WORKS IN NORTH AREA UNDER AGE E/M ELECT SUPPLY AT GE (U) E/M MEERUT CANTT.

Supply, installing, errecting, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested LT Panel board with all accessories. LT Panel board, OUT DOOR type,over all dimension not less than 1.0 m(L)x0.5 m (W)x 1.2m(H),platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminum busbars installed on porcelain / SMC insulators and all interconnection between main busbars as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminum busbar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual out going feeders. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 56 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, bottom channel of size: 70x40x5 mm powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front / back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT panel etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English, with double door shutter and locking arrangement,internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLSH cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30 cm above the nearest ground level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25 to 400 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches/ ducts out side the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size Alluminium lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary PCC foundation with plastering to the Panel board, All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands.& The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint and including taking down old LT panle any size. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(1) LT Panel Board Should be as per IS/ICF 61439 Part -1 & 2 Type (2) Test Certificate For 4000 APS With Breaking Capacty Not Less Than 65 KA Panel Builder Should Submit All Certificate As Per ICE 61439 Part I & II

Excavation in treches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole and cables complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item srl No 01 but in depth beyond 1.5 Mtr and n. exc 3.00 Mtr and taking out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtr and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 Mtr above the starting point complete as directed.

Material and labour for river sand, unwashed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below 8cm before laying & 15cm after laying cable and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed.(Note:Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

M & L fly ash brick for protection cover to under ground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm as directed.

M&L for taking down of LT cable of any size and make with necessary excavation for finding of fault and necessary repairing and relaying at the same site after repairing and make functional including testing of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge NOTE :- excavation , returning filling and removing will be measured separately. Existing brick and sand will be used for relaying of cables.

Supply & Laying jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured LT 1100 volt grades heavy duty with aluminium stranded through pipes, induct, on poles, in trenches etc including taking down complete of following sizes (Note;- (i) Rate quoted includes terminal Lugs / road cutting/ floor cutting/ Inter locking floor and making good damaged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.) complete all as specified and directed Engr in Charge (ii) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick cover and protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for boring in any type of soil under road 1.5 Mtr below the top surface of road by conventional method complete for passing through 40mm to 100mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Pipe will be measured and paid for separatily. Any damage to existing cables of any type will made good by the tenderer without any extra payment.

Taking down of old existing unserviceable insulator any type and any size and complete all as specified.

M&L aluminium conductor steel reinforces (ACSR) any size as per site requirement as directed straining properly on insulator and binding with aluminium tap/ binding with connectors, jumpers etc,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white or green insulator (LT), 100mm height and 65mm dia, 1100 volts grade including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cross arms of MS angle or channel iron including flat iron clamp with bolt, nut & washers drilling for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint before fixings and and one coat of aluminium paint after fixing including taking down old U/S complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of erected steel tubular swaged poles / Rails/Girder poles of LT over head line 9 /11 Meter long including 04 Nos bands/ straps(Black,Red,Green & black) with two coats of paint on pole surface complete all as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for Restretching / tightening of ACSR conductor of any size & GI earth wire of any size of LT over head line on existing poles duly straining properly binding with extra aluminium binding wire to insulators all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Triming of tree branches up to 75mm dia to cleen the route of LT over head lines arround the 3 Mtr from the external conductors including removing the cut branches from site and depositing at places all as directed by Engeer in Charge.

M&L for Surface dressing/levelling/ cleaning of surrounding area of 2/4 pole/ plinth mounted transformer structure/ E&M sub station including removing of tree branches small tree plants tarbushes etc complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement of plate earthing for sub station equipments complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.5 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate excavation & earth work and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in foundation, filling and mass concrete using necessary form work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, coping/ plinth to electric poles and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and painting the same as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified.
