Providing undressed wood work in roof truss,rafter, purlin, tie and the like including hoisting and fixing in position with necessary spikes,nails including M.S straps with bolt and nuts etc. complete with kiricide oiling two coats to all timber members and two coats of anticorrosive paint to M.S straps (M.S flats, angle clesats and bolt and nuts required for flats, angle cleats wherever use shall be measured and paid separately).

Providing dressed wood work in post, walls, battens, post plate bressumers etc. including supplying and fixing with spikes,nails, bolt and nuts of 12 mm dia (M.S) and requried length etc. complete with kiricide oiling two coats to faces in contact with C.C or masonry (M.S flats, angle clesats and bolt and nuts required for flats, angle cleats whereever use shall be measured and paid separately).

Providing, fitting and fixing 1 st class local wood (Bosum/Hollock) battened, framed and braced door and window shutters including oxidised iron butt hinges (100 mm x 58 mm x 1.90 mm) 6 nos with necessary screws.

Providing Fitting and fixing 4mm thick A.C.plain sheet to the ceiling fixid with timber beading of size 38mm*12mm to the timber frame complete as directed.

Dismantling all types of ceiling ,partition and wall lining and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Demolishing CC floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

25 mm thick cement concrete tooping 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand : 4 coarse aggregate of 12 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish (base concrete to be measured and paid separately) to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed.

10 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

Providing Fitting and Fixing of 6mm thick A.C. Sheet roofing ,fixed with GI Coach Scrwes complete as directed.

Providing fitting & fixing A.C.2pcs.adjustable ridiging fixed with G.I.coach screws.

Supplying, fitting and fixing goat proof wire fencing 1070 mm high with horizontal wire spacing at 130 mm, 130 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm and 180 mm from bottom onwards and vertical wires at 100 mm apart top and bottom wires should be of 8 S.W.G and intermediate and vertical wire should be of 10 S.W.G with angle iron posts specified in item no 17.7 above including supplying, fitting and fixing with necessary straining eye bolts and staples etc. and painting one coat to all iron post etc. with anticorrosive black paint etc. complete as directed and specified ( intermediate and straining post should be placed not more than 4000 mm and not less than 3000 mm apart and all posts embeded in C.C. pillars of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 600 mm in prop 1:3:6)

Colour washing with lime on wall surface to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter. for every subsequent coat of colour wash with lime on wall surfaces.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces up to 100mm in girth/ width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting.

SUPPLYING,FITTING AND FIXING HESSIAN CLOTH TO THE CEILING FRAME WITH 1ST CLASS LOCAL WOODEN BEADING OF SIZE 38MM X 12MM COMPLETE AS DIRECTED.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on old wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.General purpose.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt,dust and other foriegn matter sand papering and stopping. Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50 mm x 6 mm M.S flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle , 20 mm dia M.S bars at 200 mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S bars at 200 mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All verticle bars are to be protruded at least 100 mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos. (minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. ( Separate payment will be made for posts).
