Supplying of UPVC ribbed screen slotted pipe for borewells (Finolex /Jain / Supreme / True bore / Nandi) conforming to IS 12818 -1992 with relevent amendments with class designation 'RS' and with minimum wall thickness 10mm including transportation and stocking at site - 200mm dia

Lowering of UPVC plain casing pipe / ribbed screen slotted pipes into the borewell including cost of cleaning material, fixing of M.S centering guide size of 25mm x 3mm thick suitable for 200mm dia UPVC pipe, including cost of labour for positioning of assembly for lowering purpose using rig.

Supplying transportation and packing of 8mm size down gauge graded pebbles including filling the annular space gradually complete. The pebbles disintegrated pieces. should be free from any disintegrated pieces.

Supplying,transporting and packing of clay balls including filling the annular space gradually complete. The clay balls should be free from any sand particles.

Providing and fixing M.S. top cover suitable for UPVC pipes including the cost of materials and labour etc.

Providing and fixing of UPVC End Cap embedded in M.S. Cone suitable for UPVC casing pipe including the cost of materials and labour for jointing.

Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.), complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(15 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

Supplying and fixing of 10KVAR power capacitor (CG/L&T/Siemens make) for 17.5/20 HP motor complete.

Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 20A to 33A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 30 HP pumpsets

Supplying and fixing of 1x3x6 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-12.5HP to 20HP pumpset

Supplying and laying of 40mm dia. PVC pipe (Class 3 - PN 0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 4985 : 2000 for inserting submersible cable from borewell to starter.

Supply and fixing of 80/100 mm dia M.S. erection clamps of size 80 mm x 12 mm with bolts, nuts, washer etc, completed.

Supplying,fixing and lowering into the borewell high tensile threaded PVC column pipes which are to be connected to the submersible pump,including labour charges,jointing materials etc.,complete.-75/80 mm dia

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/ Jindal/ Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -100mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position flanged standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes /Jindal/ Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 100mm diameter pipe.

Providing and fixing C.I. Ball type non return valve (PN 1) conforming to IS 318 & IS 1363, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia.
