Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) HSR 10.62

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface Water thinnable cement primer HSR 11.67.1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. HSR 11.60

Wall painting on a cement plaster surface with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.HSR 11.71.1

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densifled tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false celling tiles of approved texlure of size 595 x 595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. HSR 9.48

Fully Perforated Gypsum Plaster Board of size 1200 x 2400x12.5 mm having approx. 15 % perforated area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer's specification, with all 4 side tapered and backed by acoustical tissue with NRC value not less than 0.60 (HSR 9.46.4)

Providing and laying of chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). HSR 10.30.1

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene waterstorage tank, IS: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangementand making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (HSR 22.181)

Labour for laying, jointing, fixing and testing G.I./P.V.C./W.I. pipelines and special tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. inside building and testing etc. complete including cutting threading (i) 15 mm internal diametre of pipeline + G.I. pipes 15 mm dia (HSR 20.20.2.1)
