For metal surface like staircase, channels and doors for the pump house.

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Excavation Depth up to 1.5m

1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.

Using synthetic enamel paint (oil Paint)

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

BRICKWORK/Masonry BREAKING: Demolishing existing damaged/cracked brickmasonry with cement mortar and plaster at all floors and levels including scaffolding stacking of serviceable materials without damaging the adjacent masonry/RCC structure sanitary fittings & fixtures and disposal of unserviceable material carting away the debris out of hospital premises complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

BRICK WORK: Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & superstructure of all floor levels.

CEMENT PLASTERING 20mm thick

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at window sills level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Excavation Depth up to 1.5m

Soling 225mm thick

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm max. size aggregate.

Providing & laying 75mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block heavy duty of M-30 grade made by block making machine with stong vibratory compaction and approved size and design/shape laid in requred colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand filling the joints with coarse sand etc., a;; complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

FLOORING BREAKING: Dismantling carefully the existing damaged cracked serviceable tiles/slabs/clay tiles/Marble slab/granite slab/Kota stone/tandoor stone/Shahabad stone and all types of flooring in flooring etc. including removing the 20mm thick bedding of cement mortar stone grit or brick bat coba etc. at all floors & levels including stacking of serviceable material out of hospital premises as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

In flooring hand cut laying in cement mortar 1:3bedding and machine polishing 3 coat after laying.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: At all levels including supplying cutting fabricating welding or blotting erecting and fixing in position including painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer, including cost of materials labour with chasing in wall or embedding in floor and making good the same by filling 1:2:4 cement concrete and plastering if necessary all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
