Thanjavur District - Package No.05- Strengthening of 1 Road work in Thiruvaiyaru Block under NABARD RIDF - 2026-2027.

Part.1. Strengthening and 5 years maintenance of Vellamperambure - parakudi Road in vellamperambur Panchayat Km 0/0 - 1/280.

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) 250 mm thick, including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as pwe clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

BC 25mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Provision for Kilo meter stone including all Charges

Provision for Hecto meter stone including all Charges

Providing and fixing of Retro Reflective Name board as per as per section1700 of MORD specifications and in compliance with IRC 67-2022 specifications (Para 6.5.2). Two ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets of 4 mm thick, of 900 mm x 800mm size fixed at top & 900mm x 750mm fixed at bottom duly riveted to existing flange/MS Sheet space given in the existing structure, NABARD logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Type IV grade Class B standard of IRC 67- 2022. Message on the retro reflective sheeting including the QR code shall be digitally printed on approved latex printing platform and over laminted by suitable for Ultraviolet resistance electro-cut table film as a protective over laminate sheet. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the NABARD Signage Guidelines and the retrofeflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 years warranty issued for field performance (as per MORT&H specification No. 801) and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

Provision for 1.50m RCC slab Culvert @ CH 624

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B etc

Supply of sand and filling in to the foundation including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for Foundation

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for Foundation

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for Superstructure

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for Deckslab

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and superstructure for Abutment /pier using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers etc.

Collection and supply of Well gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD RIDF including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
