| 1.01PCU refers to combination of charge controller,inverter shall be supplied as integrated unit or separate units with IGBT/MOSFET, and MPPT based PWM charger, Input from Solar Array has been 24 V (nom)- 10% to + 15%. Protection has been input Over voltage, Low/High frequency, Short circuit. Load surge current, Over current, Under/over output voltage, Over temperature, Over voltage with auto recovery, indication has been Inverter 'ON' and over temperature. Capacity: 60Kw Three Phase Inverters (Polycab/Havells) as per site condition. Inverter efficiency: 98.3% Inverter weigLTed efficiency: 97.9%. Module Mounting Structures: The PV modules will be mounted on fixed metallic structures of adequate strength and appropriate design, which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities up to 150 km per hour. The support structure used in the power plants will be hot dip Galvanized Iron (G.I) with rectangular or square poles with adequate thickness. The modules support structure shall be hot dip galvanized for holding the PV modules. | |||||
| 1.02The base foundation of the Structure should be in RCC. Lighting Arrestor: Aluminium alloy Solid Round Conductor with 8mm dia of material AlMgSi as per IEC 62561-2 with Conductor Holder, glue, connectors, joints etc. with 1.2 mtr Air termination rod 16/ 10 mm( Lightning rod). DC Cables: Supply and run 2 of 6 sq.mm DC copper Cable PVC or XLPE insulated and PVC unsheathed single or multi core cable with minimum 6 sq.mm in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall from PV array to DCDB (DC Cables should be in Poycab) DCDB: DC Distribution panel is needed to receive the DC output from the array field, with analog measurement panel for voltage, current from different MJBs so as to check any failure in the array field. It shall have MCBs of suitable rating for connection and disconnection of array sections. Array Junction boxes with fuses and Surge Protection. Devices with lightning and over voltage protection with thermo plastic IP65 protection junction boxes for cable termination points for identification. There is no seperate DCDB required where integrated DCDB system in part of solar inverter. The Solar Inverter Should be in Polycab or Havells. | |||||
