Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade M-25 (Mix design) with coarse sand & graded granatic or basaltic stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size as per mix design requirment excluding plastering & cost of centering/shuttering & reinforcement. including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade or new work over and under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Providing and and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes of Johnson Somany Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours and shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete>600x 600 mm Dark Shades

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622 of approved make in all colours & shade in skirting riser of steps and dados jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm including pointing/grouting in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.>600 x 600 mm - Dark Shades

Providing and and laying antiskid floor tiles 12 x 12 upto 16 x 16 in of Johnson Somany Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete>Dark Shades

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory madethe factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate consolidated by means of mechanical platform vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.>Size 600 x 500 x 75 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 2.25 kg per unit

Providing and laying in design & pattern factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks ( C. C. paver blocks) of M35/M40 strength thickness & size/shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with river/manufactured sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath parks lawns drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer.>60mm thick with Yellow/ Orange/ Earth colour (M35 grade)
