Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width and except blocks setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed fixed in as weep hole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending pirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as spcified and directed.

All as per item no. 12 but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as spcified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as per specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standerds, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type.

S & F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to stepsincluding embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel round Bars gd.I. IS-432 (Part I) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending pirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as spcified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying coat two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of black japan paint over a coat of red oxide / zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded aggregate ) louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured soild), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, (1:2:4) (40mm graded aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aaprons etc., laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

M & L 75 mm thick type C2, (1:3:6) cement concrete ( 40 mm graded agggregate) in as sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment with colour rubber finishes on top over sand dust cushions. (Note - Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid seperatly)

M & L for sand filling ( as cusioning under interlocking paver block) including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-1, (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs for interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
