Supply, Erection and commissioning of 40 Cs. V.T. Axial flow pumps of 980 RPM, having static lift as per site requirement, 90 degree/ Y-body including MS delivery pipe as per actual site requirement and MS delivery bends of minimum 8 mm thickness with bituminous based paint inside & outside, flange welded, HT nut-bolts, Siphon Breaker Valve and any other left over item duly painted inner and outer side complete in all respect, as per site requirement and as per approved technical specifications. (For Gujrani Mr. PH at RD 28000).

Supply, erection and commissioning of Solid shaft motor of capacity 150 HP, 980 RPM, 3 phase 415 Volt +-10% , 50 HZwith efficiency class IE2 (as per IS 12615 with latest amendments) suitable for 40 Cs. VT Axial flow pumps with 6 feet lift type vertical flange mounted & as per approved technical specification with earthing of motor complete in all respect as per site requirement. (For Gujrani Mr. PH at RD 28000).

Supply, erection and commissioning of LTDB Panel of 1250 Amp. Capacity with all accessories as one incomer ACB 1250 Amp. with 3 No. outgoing each of having MCCB of 400 Amp. along with an-addl. MCCB of 100 Amp. for lighting loads, Indicators, Relay, Meters, Push buttons, bus bars and with 4 No. Fully Automatic ATS Starters (Completed in all respect like relays, indicators timer etc.). of 150 HP Motors each with MCCB of 400 Amp. with contactor rating as 400,300 ,200 Amp. with first filling of oil (if oil cooled ATS used) starter with designed capacitor bank of 200 KVAR capacity with 8 step APFCR, digital display instruments & other allied accessories for automatic as well as manual operation of capacitor bank suitable for 3 Nos. 150 HP motors. Each Stage should have separate protection through MCCB. One No. Incomer MCCB of 400 Amps to be provided for Capacitor Bank. The LTDB should be as per approved design of HID at Annexure C. with a stand of MS Channel duly painted (1.5 ft. Up from floor) & as per approved technical specification with earthing. MCCB of 100 Amp. for lighting loads, Indicators, Relay, Meters, Push buttons, bus bars and with 4 No. Fully Automatic ATS Starters (Completed in all respect like relays, indicators timer etc.). of 150 HP Motors each with MCCB of 400 Amp. with contactor rating as 400,300 ,200,100 Amp. with first filling of oil (if oil cooled ATS used) starter with designed capacitor bank of 250 KVAR capacity with 8 step APFCR, digital display instruments & other allied accessories for automatic as well as manual operation of capacitor bank suitable for 4 Nos. 150 HP motors. Single core core confirming to IS 7098-1995 as per approved make with thimble, nut & bolt and other allied material and also laying of PVC cable included of all civil work & also dismantling of old cable. (For Gujrani Mr. PH at RD 28000).

Supply, erection and commissioning of LT Power cable – LT Power Cables 3 Core X 185mm2 Copper Conductor XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armored (Galvanized steel strip), Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 with Copper thimble, nut & bolt and other allied material completed in all respect (for Gujrani Mr. PH at RD 28000).

Supply, erection and commissioning of MS Girder make TATA, JINDAL,SAIL – Total 265 mtr (Conforming to IS 12778 : 2004) size ISMB 350mm x 140 mm) (Weight per kg/mtr. 52.4) with primer and Bituminous Based Paint inside & outside. Note : 1. Removal of existing girders, VT axial flow Pumps with Motors and after commissioning of work again installation of the same (VT axial Flow pumps with motors) & also welding work will be complete by the agency in all respect with including all civil works (for Gujrani Mr. PH at RD 28000).

Supply errection and laying down of Grating (247.9 sq area of various sites)) (Weight per kg/mtrsq. 46 ) as per approved make TATA, JINDAL,SAIL at pump base duly painted also including dismantaling of old one & also welding work completed in all respect , including all civil work required for proper fixing. (for Gujrani Mr. PH at RD 28000).

S/E/C of Trash rack with MS component duly dual painted as:- 20 no. trash racks (different sizes according to sites ) each weighting 3 quintol each MS angle 50 x50 x 6 mm with spacing of 2.5 inch 35 x6 mm MS flat Sizes as per various actual sites.(For Gujrani Mr. PH at RD 28000)

Supply and erection of DG set of capacity 1000 KVA with noise controlled devices acoustic of suitable rating, testing and commissioning of diesel generating set, radiator cooled, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles 415 plus (-)1% volts AC alternator coupled directly through a set of flexible coupling on a common MS fabricated base frame with diesel engine complete with suitable size change over/AMF panel, incoming cable from generator to change over/AMF panel, making 2nd incoming cable connection from transformer, outgoing cable connection from changeover/ standard panel, making second incoming cable connection from transformer, outgoing cable connection from changeover / STD panel to incomer of motor starter panel, fenced enclosure with platform for DG sets complete as per following detailed scope and specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
