Providing and fixing of Frame (127mm x 62mm) factory made uPVC white colour casement/sliding window/door, made of extruded profiles. Profiles of frames and sash will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2+ 0.2.mm thick galvanized steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Glass shall be paid separately.

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Note : Stainless steel butt hinges shall be deemed to be inclusive in unit rate quoted of this item.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, mesh etc.; and comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. S&F Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life.

Material and labour for providing kitchen cabinet and cubboard in required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick PVC sheet (prelam) having one side decorative laminated sheet (for shutter, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves etc). All the edges of shutter and front exposed edge of partition/shelves shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape as per manufacturer. Including all required fixing material such as SS brackets, screws, adhesive etc., including taking out old any type cabinet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The area of each sheet (shutter, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves) shall be measured in sqm for payment. (ii) Magnetic catcher, handles, continuous Piano hinges and PVC frame (where required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUIED MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index not less than 106 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength >= 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541), elongation 350 to 400% as per ASTM D412 and crack bridging ability upto 2mm. (a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification. (b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Bostik/STP/ Asian Paints/Berger Paints Note : (i) The Minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE. (iii) The manufacturer/authorised applicator shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 10 years.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Treating apparent visible efflorescence by first cleaning using hard wire brush and all crystal deposits to be removed. The bricks shall then be cleaned using soft brush of powdery crystals removed. Then make a 1 to 4 solution of vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 4 part water) and apply it to the afflorescence affected area using a nylon brush. Allow the vinegar/water solution to sit on the serface of the affected area for 15 minutes, but do not allow the solution to dry, Rinse the area with clean water using low pressure jet. Two cycle of cleaning using vinegar water solutions to be repeated complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for the joints of briks to cleaned shall be pointed using cement putty made at site using sika latex/SBR polymer or equivalent diluted at retio of 1:4 with water. The solution to made shall be used to mix with cement to make a putty consistency paste. The cement putty shall be then work out in the joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

M&L for the bricks so pointed shall be cleaned for all dust are deposit using brush. A undiluted single component acrylic polymer - Sika Raintite or equivalent to be used to prime the brick surface. The primer while being tacky the first coat of water proofing coating is done, Second coat is applied after a time interval of 4-6 hrs after the first has dried. The water proofing coating shall be two component polymer modified cementious coating - Sika Top Seal - 107, having a thickness of 1.5 mm in 2 coat. The material to be factory batched and ready to use. The two component shall be mixed using low speed drill having a RPM 350-450 and fitted with a paddle.The mixing to be done for 3-4 minutes to give a brushable consistency mix. The coating shall be done using 100-150 mm wide brush. It is to be take care that material while being used is agitated every 3-5 minutes to avoid powder part getting settled. The water proofing coating shall have below properties Tensile strength- 4.56 N/mm2 after 14 days exposure (According to ASTM D 2370 ) Bond Strength 2.0 N/mm2 at +27degree C (Failure in substrate). After application of second coat and while the material is still wet, coarse sand is sprinkled over the coating so as to ensure proper machanical key is provided for subsequent plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

M&L for plastering 15mm thick over the treated surface in CM 1:4 cement sand plaster added with acrylic polymer Sika Plastocrete Plus @ 3% by weight of cement finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint on old decorated or undecorated wall surface including preparation of surfaces by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer of approved shade on walls all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick( square /rectangular ) joint free tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqmand shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and incl 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L 25 mm thick Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B–0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates flooring finished even and rough to receive topping layer all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repairs stainless steel sink overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 300mm on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications. B) Bore Packing : All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement. Method 2 (A) Supplying and applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible water proofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm with a paint brush over existing roof surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/sqm, 2.5mmx2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k or equivalent. After removal of all lose materials like dust etc. with wire brush coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based repair mortar/micro concrete, after the repairing work making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls up to 300mm. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. (B) Apply12-15mm water proof plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+ @200ml per bag of cement before treatment. Note : (i) Work shall be executed through specialized agency (ii) The treatment shall be carried outas per the manufactures instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Dismantling and taking down of existing solar heating system along with connected items viz Flat collector plate, master solar plate, hot water tank, pipelines all types, valves , including iron stand and other items and refixing the same with necessary repair to the solar heating system items and leakage of pipelines and making the solar system functional all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
