Taking down complete existing water proofing treatment of any description over roof slabs including bedding layer and roughening of surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including padding concrete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate average thikness 50mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab , projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, making the surface even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on roof slab / fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at an height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement including using liquid integral WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 Kg / Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster / HMHDPE matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softining point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N / Sqcm, side lap & end lap 10cm, with trch application of membrane, over compatible primer @0.40 Ltr/Sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied @0.10 Kg/sqm finished complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 03 coats of Dr FIXIT NEW COAT, heavy duty Acrylic polymer based water proofing coating with integral micro fiber reinforcement over 1 coat of prime coat of Dr FIXIT PRIME SEAL over roof slab/ chajjas/ wall. Application and surface preparation to be strictly followed as per the manufacturer instruction including cleaning surfaces, coving the prepared substrate at junctions using polymer mortar to fill in the cracks opended up in V grooves complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Make:- Dr. Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE. 2. Work shall be carried out through manufacturer's applicators only.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern tiles or similar pattern tiles on roof all as specified and directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets spaced exceeding 15cm all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in sections in any position in unframed works all as specified and directed.

Roof Tiles Mangalore pattern interlocking at side, joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 hereinbefore but except tiles all as specified and directed.

Ridge or Hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Second class hard wood clean sawn batten for MP tiles exceeding 5sq.cm and not exceeding 15sq.cm in sectional area at 15cm centres all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washers, in roofs walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified and directed.

Non-Asbestos high impact polypropulene reinforced cement 6mm thick corrugated sheets conforming to IS 14871 of teracotta red colour as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self drilling and tapping screw with EPDM rubber washer all as specified and directed. Note: Fixing will be carried only through technical assistance / direction as per manufacturer.

Non-Asbestos high impact polypropulene reinforced cement 6mm thick plain sheets conforming to IS 14871 of teracotta red colour as in ridges, fixed with self drilling and tapping screw with EPDM rubber washer all as specified and directed. Note: Fixing will be carried only through technical assistance / direction as per manufacturer.

Plain cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Second class hardwood as in scantling clean swan, fixed to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of wooden surfaces and applying two coats creosete oil over wooden surfaces all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wrought Iron or Mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel works in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle) including distance pieces, cleats etc.of grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork, stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc ,complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint (Anti Fungal) white or tinted over a coat of primer as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly treated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding/ ceiling board of any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Second class hard wood decorative weather boarding, wrought, thickness 20mm to 25mm and rebated on thick edge to give 20mm laps and fixed all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel / PVC tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15 mm bore of pipe all as specified and directed.
