Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of not less than following capacity air cooled Ductable AC unit suitable for cooling, having all twin rotary / Scroll Compressor(s), complete with ductable indoor and matching outdoor, with R-410 A or environment friendly Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation for outdoor and ceiling suspender for indoor etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI conditions and work even at 50 degree Centigrade ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400 V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The Indoor unit shall be equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/ dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, expansion valve, outer cabinet, corded or cordless remote control with batteries, drain pan, necessary accessories etc. suitable for operation on 230 V ± 10%, 50 Hz, single phase ac supply, complete as required. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 degree C DB and 19 degree C WB temperature. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required (any additional refrigerant required due to long pipe lines shall be within the scope of contractor). Providing and making proper canvass connection alongwith matching with existing duct entry, collar formation etc. are within the scope of the work. The COP / EER shall not be less than 2.4. (No payment shall be made separately for this period): 1st Year

Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of 11 x 11.0 TR & 7 x 8.5 TR Ductable Type AC unit including its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units, time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire AC units after defect liability period of 1 year from the date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. Any breakdown shall be attended within 4 hours of reporting. Spare parts required during breakdown maintenance shall be arranged and replaced by the Contractor. This is applicable for the whole system of AC units installed. (N.B.: 01 Job means during a period of one year)
